I ordered delivery from them and they took the time to call me and tell me they were out of stuff. I've been ordering delivery for years from uber eats and services like that, and no one had ever called me. Kudos for restoring my faith in customer service!💚
The food is good but man, they need to clean that place up. I hate looking through drive-through windows and seeing a restaurant that looks like it does not get cleaned at all. N if everyone could look like they at least washed their hands, that would go even longer at making ppl want to return there, but hey, Im just a customer.
My husband and both ordered #7. Our waffle fries were cold. Things were slightly more greasy. We always use napkins to absorb the excess grease. I don't think the oil in the deep fryer had been changed. Had to use the bathroom, first time and it will be the last. Not only did it stink, it was freezing cold and dirty! I didn't sit to pee. Not sure why hand sanitizer was next to hand soap and not by the door. Later that evening we both were experiencing issues, so we won't...
