The pizza was absolutely delicious. We ordered a few different ones. All three were fantastic. There was a robot delivering the food. It was clean and very nice. Ordering kiosk. And some terrific beers.

We're new to the area and this is our spot. Quick, easy, and great pizza. Carryout ready in 15minutes. The employees are friendly and seem to be having a good time. These are the type of people I want to support.

This has been my very favorite pizza since I moved to the area. However this is the second time I've ordered carry out and received extremely well done/ burnt pizza. It never occurred to me to check it before I left with it. I'm curious, who would pull this charred mess out of the oven and say this looks good to serve. The breadsticks used to be to die-for. These were dry and over done. Also, what about the cheese. Used Tobe delicious quest type of cheese dip. Now it's a nacho dip without much flavor. I paid 30$ for this. I would have called the shop but didn't figure the laid back young people working tonight would have really cared. Do better please. I like to support local but I need some sort of quality in return.

There's a dark entity in the cooler which pilfers' all the Japanese beverages;
Occasionally banshees seem to drift up from some macabre basement;
Zombies definitely live in the attic spaces or whatever's above it, & I haven't gone a few visits in a row where I don't see pigmy headhunters in packs.

Foods decent.

They were vaping in the back kitchen. Looked my mom up and down and made her very uncomfortable . The place was completely dead and no one even came and checked on us to see if everything was okay. Was messing around in the back as well. Very rude over all

My family dined in the dining room on 6/14. We ordered half and half of two of their specialty pizzas and an order of breadsticks. While their beer is worth a visit, the service and price certainly leaves a sour taste in yoir mouth. The dining room only had one other family. We waited for the breadsticks which never came out. We had to ask for silverware and plates when the pizza came out and asked about the breadsticks but did not receive a response from one of the ladies. When another man/possibly manager came to ring us up, he did not offer any apology and we had to request the breadsticks be taken off as we had never received them. After saying he would comp something or give a discount, we did not notice until in the car on the electronic receipt that they had charged us for every single ingredient of their specialty pizzas. The toast screen did not show an itemized bill when checking out and in spite of the mix up we still left a decent tip. We called back to ask why we were charged or never explained that they can’t do half and half unless each ingredient is charged. The manager said the owner would call back. We explained this was our very first visit to Scarlet Lane. They were given time to call and correct the issue but didn’t or at least didn’t leave any voicemail. Needless to say, for the price, Giordanos or Greeks Pizza or one of the numerous other options will be getting our money. Scarlet Pizza was mediocre at best and customer service apathetic. Nice 80s decor however and good beer.

I got pepperoni stuffed breadstix and they were the worse I've ever had,,the box tasted better

Popped in today on the way to do antique shopping and was very impressed!! Great decor and great music. The folks working were very nice and accommodating. We got the 12-inch hand tossed with pepperoni, sausage, and banana peppers. We also got the stuffed breadsticks. Easily one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Rivals top Food chain quality and deliciousness. I highly recommend grabbing your jeans and concert shirt and heading over for some great pizza and great atmosphere.

Customer service was top notch! Very friendly! LIttle pizza shop with the BEST stuffed pepperoni breadsticks! Calzone was delish! Definitely recommend!

I ordered a pie for delivery yesterday around 5.30p from their web site so as to not feed the Doordash machine and keep profits local. I got no confirmation text or email and wasn't able to reach anyone at the store by phone to confirm the order. About an hour later the pizza and cheese bread arrived as cold as could be, like it had been cooked in the morning and left out for a few hours. I was hungry and ate it anyway, but my girlfriend and I agreed it was among the worst pizzas we'd had in years. It's very strange because Scarlett Lane pizza from Doordash (perhaps from another location?) has always been really good.

Was walking by on our way to another restaurant and saw the sign. Stopped in to try out their pizza. We ordered the Eerie Indiana. Super impressive. The food is great, so is the beer and the staff is really nice and quick to assist. Highly recommend!
