I went through the drive thru at this arbys and the lady taking orders (didnt catch her name) but she had reddish brown hair with freckles and glasses she was decently tall had the WORST attitude I ordered a meal with a shake, she said the shake machine was down which was fine I said that didnt want a drink then and with a disgusting tone said “then its not a meal pick a drink you want you need to just pick one” I then went in to speak to a manager and she came around the corner yelling and cussing at me the tall slim man named alan then spoke to me with a very calm and respectful voice and apologized I do believe that Alan deserves a raise for putting up with this mess how he did but that disrespectful lady needs fired. Customer service is NOT her fortay I strongly do not advise going to this arbys if she is there. Praise Alan.

This is the first time I've given 5 stars in all 3 categories and I'm proud to do so. I'm in town for the afternoon and decided to stop for lunch on my way back to the big city. DT was getting busy as I walked inside and the crew only consisted of the manager on duty and one other employee. The duo was getting hammered and still managed to get my meal fast, fresh and accurate as I made a change to an item that could have been incorrect in all of the chaos. Lucky for the M.O.D, another employee came to work and things died down. Both were calm, professional and knew exactly how to handle a busy rush.
Waited half an hour in the drive thru for one order of mozzarella sticks and opened my bag and they gave me a fish sandwich. And there was hair in it 🤢

Just waited 22 minutes in the drive through. They seemed understaffed and very overwhelmed. This is 100% on the owners of this business as the employees were rushing around doing multiple jobs. This place has been a wreck since covid.

Ordered beef gyros. Completely cold. Not it was sitting for a while and it wasn’t hot anymore, or it’s a little lukewarm, but it was completely cold as in it was never heated up. Wasn’t a busy time either. Will not return to this location.
I sat in the drive through for 6 min waiting for someone to take my order, said hello multiple times. Noone took my order. I drove away but there was a lady in the drive through area inside. Maybe their speaker is broken? definitely not a quick stop place for "fast food". I guess only go here if you have time to waste. Not the 1st time this has happened or else I wouldn't leave a bad review. I just want to eat arbys.

I went through the drive through on this visit. Food was nice and hot, carefully wrapped, and prepared in a timely manner. I would return.
Parking: It has its own location, no need to worry about the city / college street parking here.

My favorite fast food restaurant. Love em to death. They got the best cheese sauce for French fries and they have the meats. A whole lotta meats
