Got 2 of the same orders and they weren't that busy, first one perfect came with cheese and everything but the second one which was the same order as the first came with no cheese and all meat. I mean the sandwiches are good don't get me wrong but just meat and bread is not as good and not as flavorful.
We ordered our food. After waiting for 25 minutes we asked about our food. Someone had cleared it without serving. This was honestly not that big of a deal in my eyes everyone makes mistakes. Then gave us an incorrect sandwich, we asked for the correct sandwich and got the wrong sandwich again. After that we finally got the right sandwich. At this point I'm peeved but nowhere is perfect.The breaking point for me was after my meal I got up to use the restroom to do my business. After 5 minutes someone on the staff came to the bathroom and threatened to call the police. "You're not gonna be in my bathroom all night. You've got 10 minutes and I'm calling the police." I don't know what in the world was going on there but I don't think I'll be returning to this Arby's again.

What is going on with the Smokehouse Brisket sandwich? It had Cheddar instead of smoked Gouda, no mayonnaise, and no onion straws. I should have gotten a dollar off. Sandwich doesn't even taste the same. Trying to shave costs and hoping we don't notice? A bad move.

Hate to share this. Great service as drive thru but understaffed and only one person was working at counter while the other was watching. Tables were uncleaned, mess on floor, bouilion sauce with French dip sandwich was cold, fries were "interesting", and "Thank you" boxes were overflowing. Arby's is a division of Inspire Brands. I remember it as being much better and used to stop in once a week. . .

Food was good, and employee taking our order was friendly, but the kitchen staff seemed disorganized and confused, took more than 15 minutes to assemble our two-person order, then after handing us our bags asked to check it again, took our order back, took everything out of the bag, realized they had added someone else's mozzarella sticks and poppers to our bags so they took those back then gave us order back. Was a very confusing, embarrassing, and awkward way to receive our food.

I decided to go in for my lunch hour, and I waited over 30 minutes. They seemed to be handling the drive thru first and those waiting in the lobby as second. I won’t be coming back anytime soon
