Ok mega rant time and im sorry it has come to you Arby's but tonight I chose you're fast food chain to feed my family tonight . When i got to the drive threw the nice lad was very respectful and took my order I order a number 6 crispy chicken with a large DR pepper along with a number 7 which was the buffalo chicken sandwich with curly frys with a large cook . Both of those meals came out correct. Mine however was not i order a double beef n cheddar with jalapeño popper when I got home to check my order. I should of just check it while I was in drive threw on top of that beening trying to call you guys for about 25mins now shoutout to whoever works on ur network the phone number isn't even youre phone number its hardess. Such a joke . Now that ur drive threw guy didnt give me a recipe I can't even maybe get a refund. This is why people shouldn't get over 12 dollars an hour . Rant over. #fastfoodajoke

Staff was pleasant and seemed to work fluidly as a team. Food was hot, fresh and out quickly. Caleb took my order and was absolutely wonderful displaying kindness and a welcoming smile from start to finish. Great Service Everyone!! Keep up the amazing work 🙂 It's appreciated!!

Stopped in late one evening and had a great experience! The drive-thru was busy, but the lobby was quiet—perfect for a relaxed meal. Service was fast, the staff was friendly, and everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. My curly fries were hot and seasoned just right (I even finished my daughter’s leftovers!). Both she and my wife enjoyed the Classic Roast Beef sandwiches, and my wife gave a big thumbs-up to the Cheese Sticks—crispy, melty, and fresh. The dining area was spotless, which made the whole visit even better. Great job to the team working that night!

I’m just going to say it- Arby’s has fantastic burgers. I stop here to get them regularly, especially since the drive thru employees are so nice. Oddly enough, I spend about $2 less than I do at BK up the road, and the food is way better. Plus every time I unwrap a sandwich from this Arby’s it’s like someone went out of their way to assemble it neatly. 10/10.

1) the food. The beef and cheddar sandwich is perhaps the most disgusting thing I’ve ever eaten. It has the flavor and consistency of my own vomit. I think that’s just a me-issue though. I’ve had this experience every time I’ve eaten Arby’s over the course of my life.

2) the wait. I was the fourth person in line when I arrived. It took 16 minutes to get my order taken, and another 10 minutes to get my order. I only ordered two beef and cheddar sandwiches.

Here are some issues that contributed to the wait.

-One employee couldn’t find a sandwich she had just made. She spent minutes checking every bag to find it, including a bag that had already been handed to a customer! It would have taken less time to remake the sandwich.

-a customer had to get a partial refund because some of the items they ordered were out of stock. This disrupted the flow of ordering.

-customers kept returning to the counter because they had incorrect or missing items, further increasing the wait.

-the employee running FOH seemed not to be relying on the screens to manage FOH orders, instead just looking at the customers milling around, and asking them what they ordered

Here’s the positives. Staff are friendly and the dining room is SO CLEAN. Management, please retrain staff and/or rework your systems and processes to help things run more smoothly. A minor lunch rush like this is easily handled by other local fast food joints. It is possible to have similar success at this location if you do things differently.
