We ordered online and went through drive thru to pick up our order. The woman at the speaker was extremely rude and spoke to us with a terrible attitude. When we arrived home, we found that our $8 sandwiches had very little meat on them. What a terrible experience. We will not be back to this location.

Arrived 22 minutes before close. Was told our #2 double could not be fulfilled because they didn’t have enough roast beef. Apparently they don’t have the meats ? Multiple customers came in after us - lost minimum of 3 sales.
Cashier was pleasant and super nice. Food was great. Very clean facility.

It would be nice if I could get what I ordered and the size I ordered. Told them I want the medium roast beef I got regular one and the wrong fries. The one towards ellettsvile I’ve never had a problem like this. Also no one answers the phone anymore.

I absolutely love the employees at this location! They are all very friendly, and if you're lucky, one gentleman will entertain you with jokes while you wait!! The food has been great every visit. My extremely picky eater loves the curly fries and chicken nuggets. Thank you for several great experiences. This is what keeps customers coming back. Thank you, and see you all soon!!

We have been to Arby's Westside store a few times now. It's true...Arby's west is truly the best! Our sandwiches were big and beautiful each time. It was as though they had made them for themselves and the staff greeted us like we were old friends. They are a hard act to follow. We will be going back. ?

I had the most disrespectful cashier. As she was taking my order through drive through she sighed really heavy as if she was annoyed. And then I get to the window after waiting a few moment on my food just for her to almost throw the bag at me and very rudely tell me to have a good day and then shut the window as hard as she could like I just pushed her last button. I'm sry my order displeased you but your high school behavior was not needed. I use that phrase due to your age.
