First time having Auntie Anne's, didn't know it was so good. Will for sure have to start going to these as I come across them.
Lady refused to make my son some cinnamon pretzel bites even though they were several hours from closing. Company needs to investigate their employees because they are not wanting to work
they gave me some pretzels
Waited in line forever just for them to tell me that id have to wait 10 minutes for a small cup of pepperoni bites, and the lady in the back was kind of rude. The whole mall has went downhill, but auntie annes feels like a business thats dying. Going to auntie Ann’s gives me the same feeling as pulling up to a white castle, everything just looks old and shabby. I did get my food, and it was good, but sheesh. Not worth it.

First off. Ordered three cups of pretzels for me and my children. They tasted like the we’re sitting there all day. I tried to order small cups, but of course the only thing they stock is large. When I asked if they could just use their oversupply of prepared pretzels to make a small they said absolutely not. Not a spot you want to stop with small kids unless they’re REALLY hungry lol. I use to love this spot, but it really sucks now ??

Everytime I have visited the mall since a kid until this day, I always find myself stopping at Auntie Anne’s. It is hard to walk past without wanting some of their delicious cinnamon sugar pretzel bites and a slushy. I sincerely hope this place stays in business if the mall happens to close its doors one day, as visiting Bloomington would not be the same for me anymore if it weren’t.

Tasty pretzels. Your mall experience will be enhanced if you can walk around and eat pretzel bites while visiting shops.

Worker doing the cashier forgot my sauces and was just kind of rude, maybe not cut out for a customer service role.

Friendly staff. I got a bucket of pretzel nuggets and they were hot, fresh and buttery. Love Auntie Anne’s Pretzels
I went back to them for an exchange because I thought they gave me wrong pretzels. It turned out to be my mistake on the order, but she still gave me a new cup of pretzels that I actually wanted.

Google said they would be open until 9 pm on a Saturday night. Drove across town and went up to the booth to see they were closed, and it was only 7:30 PM.
POOR everything just dont waste your time and money please

2022-06-25: According to Google Maps, Auntie Anne’s in College Mall closes at 9pm on Saturdays. When I visited at 8:15pm, both Auntie Anne’s and College Mall were closed.2022-06-22: I tried both the original pretzel bites and the pepperoni pretzel bites. I prefer the former.2022-06-15: I visited Auntie Anne’s in College Mall this afternoon. I tried to buy a small cup of pretzel nuggets. This is on the menu. But the pretzel nuggets on display were already in large cups. I asked can you move them to a small cup instead? No, they cannot.
