Rude customer service. I asked for a small she rudely told me I would have to wait. (I don't mind to wait). After about 5 minutes I got them and they were burnt. I told her and she again rudely told me she was NOT making them again. I get days are hard sometimes but the customer service is like this every time I go.. it's honestly getting ridiculous..

When I visited at 8:15pm, both Auntie Anne’s and College Mall were closed.2022-06-22: I tried both the original pretzel bites and the pepperoni pretzel bites. I prefer the former.2022-06-15: I visited Auntie Anne’s in College Mall this afternoon. I tried to buy a small cup of pretzel nuggets. This is on the menu. But the pretzel nuggets on display were already in large cups. I asked can you move them to a small cup instead? No, they cannot.

Overall disappointing experience. Long wait and generally disgruntled and frankly RUDE employees. One worker was very nice and made up for the issues, but overall a bad experience.
Stopped by to get some regular pretzel nuggets with my mom and they told us they didn’t have any made. the lady with dark brown hair putting pretzels in the oven gave us a really dirty/angry look and snapped back and said it’s going to be awhile.. we said we didn’t mind the wait. And she rolled her eyes... not very friendly service..

I was here to redeem my birthday pretzel but the app would not process the redeem code for me. So I was planning to just buy one but the two lady in the front just told me "you need to get out of here then." Put the already packed pretzel back in the container. I was extremely offended and hurt. That absolutely just ruined my day very uncalled for. Never going there again.
