We didn't realize it was IU Bloomington's parent day, so there was a lack of parking and a 45 minute wait for a table for 2, but I won't let that impact my review. Once we were sat, the place had died down quite a bit, but the workers were still doing some clean-up of many tables/dishes which could be seen from where we were sat.
We had the avocado toast (on wheat, no add-ons) and regular coffee to start. The avocado toast had some oil and seasoning blend on it, but was nothing special to us. 3.5/5 stars for that. It took about 10 minutes to get the coffee and another 10 minutes for the toast, which was a bit surprising.
Then came our Large Mimosa Flight about 10 minutes after that. We'd never had a mimosa flight that required additional cups, so when asked if we needed them, we said no... and quickly realized our mistake after the server had walked away. We quickly had that remedied, and they were pretty good. For those, I'd say 3/5 stars just because they weren't as good as others we've had, despite the juice being fresh. It also didn't come with the L'Arboc 1919 Cava Brut, but was some other brand and type, so not sure if that may have played a part.
Then our meals came about 5 minutes after the mimosa glasses were brought to us.
I had the jalapeño cornbread waffle with chili (on the side, expecting to take half of it home). It was amazing. If I could give it 10/5 stars, I would. I ended up eating the entire thing, which isn't typical of me. It was just that good!
My partner had the biscuits and gravy, hashbrown casserole, and scrambled eggs. I tried the biscuits and gravy, which were pretty stellar, and he definitely agreed that all of it was very amazing. He, too, doesn't usually eat that much but he ended up eating the entire plate of food! Another 5/5 stars from me, 7/5 stars for him!
The atmosphere is interesting. The music couldn't be heard on our side of the restaurant and we were seated at a booth/chair combo right next to another family. My partner commented that there was a lot of wasted space for additional tables, but I disagree, because the brunch cafés we usually visit are too packed for my liking. Had we been seated at a different table, not on top of another family, I would definitely give the place more than 4/5 stars for this.
All in all, great brunch spot! We'll definitely be back soon to determine if the service is a little faster when it's not Parent Day and I'll update if there's anything extra to add.
Parking: I believe the lack of parking was only due to the Parents Day, but we'll determine a better opinion soon when we go back.

Every experience we have had with bedrack has been increasingly worse. We stopped going in person because the service time has always been very long for us, with no one coming to refill our coffees or check on us our entire meals. Unfortunately, a take out order today was just inedible and for the price it was a disappointing amount of food. If something is not going to keep well in transport, don't charge $23 for it or offer it for take out. The food was incredibly tough and cold, and the biscuits and gravy and salmon florentine were both very salty. We were also missing some items (not sure if this is on the delivery driver or the restaurant) but I would not recommend ordering delivery or takeout from here.

Do not work here, the owner is horrible. My girlfriend tried to request off for a mid term months in advance and was denied and called a liar. This on top of the fact that she was expected to ask for permission to use the bathroom. She clearly lacks communication skills and does not respect her employees. Plus the foods overpriced.
Good was great service was great but I ordered the 12oz steak and eggs and the steak was MAYBE 8ozs. It stinks that it was delicious cause I can’t go back…
