The food is ok. Honestly if you went and bought stuff from kroger to make a breakfast sandwich it be much better. The vibe is horrible there. One employee with blond hair sat and talked to her friend, while the line was piling out the door. Then came to help the other employees that seem overworked and tired.

We used to love BBC, however the last 3 times we’ve been our orders have been wrong. I called in an order this morning for 2 bagels and the girl that answered was super rude. My boyfriend goes to pick up the order about 20 minutes after I call and when he gets there he’s told it would “be up soon” so he waits and waits. He asks again about it and she says “oh yeah here you go, we only had enough lox to make one bagel though” - seriously?!?!? You couldn’t tell us that on the phone so we didn’t waste our time? The last time we went I caught them as they were making my order because they were making it completely wrong.
As much as I hate to say it, we will be going elsewhere for our bagels now. Super sad. Do better BBC
We love Bloomington Bagels, but the last few times I have picked up bagels at the College Mall Rd. location, my order has been completely wrong. I don't know if it's because the girls working don't write anything down, or because they are always talking so much amongst themselves. It's an easy order, and the same thing I have been getting there for years. I get 2 bagels - a sandwich with 4 ingredients, and another bagel with a particular schmear - it's not a difficult order! This time, one bagel was missing an ingredient, and the other had a completely different schmear than I asked for.

The bagels might be better than Kroger but definitely not as good as Gabel's Bagels. The schmear is very good. Next time I'll just get my bagels from Kroger or drive across town to Gabel's. Staff was super friendly and service was fast on a Saturday morning.

Mediocre bagels and slowest service ever. Takes about 5min per customer, so short lines take forever to get a simple bagel with cream cheese. Wish there was a better local option so I didn’t have to resort to a chain like Panera Bread or Einstein Bagels from Kroger.

I came in to eat and work on homework while my car was getting looked at at the Firestone next door- I was probably sitting there for 4-5 hours, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful to me and every customer that came in after me. And the bagel breakfast sandwich and coffee that I got were both

This place would easily be a 5/5 if their everything bagels were consistent. Most times the everything bagels have barely any seasoning on em. Hope this improves.

Asiago bagels are the best!
Went into the college mall location today. First time ever going and was not disappointed. The options are a little overwhelming, but we were waited on by an extremely patient and kind person named Juno who helped walk us through all the choices. Food was great, staff was great, an overall A+ experience. I do wish that the company let us tip the staff via the card reader. Luckily I found I had a little surprise cash on me, but was initially a little distressed that I wouldn't be able to show my gratitude for the outstanding service we received.

The place itself is alright gimmick. I asked them if they would make me an espresso coffee and guy responds with "sorry our machine isn't working we're not doing that right now" I got the same reply when I asked for a smoothie instead. When we sat down waiting on our lunch, I noticed that he still charged us for a smoothie, as soon as I got up to complain he went right in the back cooler to angrily take out the frozen berries from their fridge/freezer like he was pouting, and brought one out ten minutes later. If staff are willing to lie directly to the customers face over something so trivial, what else are they doing to avoid work? I don't know what his attitude problem is about but I hope he's doing something else now.
