It was less than average. Our wait time was more than 30 min. Our server forgot our rolls and biscuits. I was not offered creamer for coffee. The food took forever to arrive, and when it did it was cold. The atmosphere was sub par. The prices were much too high for the quality of the food.Needless to say I and my my family won't be returning

Last minute choice for Thanksgiving. Turkey and dressing, gravy, corn, green beans, Rolls and choice of pie. Obviously crowded, but did a great job of getting us seated and served in short order. Compliments to the staff and MGT.

Honestly, the wait staff is always very kind and energetic. They've always been great with my kids. The environment is great and clean. It just seems like the food quality has declined over recent years. Sometimes it's good, and sometimes it really isn't. You never really know what you're going to get.
I was sadly disappointed in the food. They were understaffed, so service was lacking. Not a good experience.

3 meals, all incomplete. No meat or dressing for 2 salads, no caramel sauce for caramel apples on the kids meal. Useless waste of money. Do NOT order to go. ALWAYS do the workers job for them if you go there.

Kyra was our server. She was the best ever she dia a really good job making everyone feel comfortable and really coming through with delivering on time. We were a bit confused on what to order but she did a great job explaining the dishes and her personal favorites. I think Kyra is extremely valuable to the Bob Evans. Will recommend everyone to come here and specifically ask for Kyra. I came in with a couple of my friends and definitely had a memorable and exceptional experience.
