Great vegan options. Plenty of teas to pick from. Nice shop in the middle of an interesting indoor like mini mall.

WOW. My husband is celiac, so I often eat GF when we’re out together. This place is so, so good. The only person who makes better GF biscuits and gravy is my mother, and that’s high praise. The razorback cinnamon roll has maple bacon—a nice touch to make the flavors blend. The banana bread tastes so good, and made us feel very cozy. Lattes: my husband got the Nutty Professor, and I got the Cha-Cha Slide—both 10/10.

I’m lactose intolerant, and I love there are also DF options here if I don’t want to take a lactaid pill.

went here because my brother has celiac and was super excited. service was good, everyone working was nice and helpful but someone came up to us and told us our food would take 15 minutes and it took over 45. we ordered 2 biscuit sandwich’s and one biscuit and gravy. the biscuits were undercooked and the gravy was cold. disappointing but may have just been an off day

I met a friend (who has health issues) for lunch here because they have food that she can actually eat. The food was amazing, but the atmosphere was that of a college cafeteria - noisy, carts and workers running around from different locations/businesses, and no seating that can separate you from the hustle and bustle of the tiny area.

This restaurant would be five stars across the board in an actual storefront. People with very specific food requirements would flock here if it was in an easier to access location, and a normal eatery setting. It's so difficult to find gluten free foods that both those who require it and those who don't BOTH actually enjoy. This is the spot!

About the only place that I think makes good gluten free pastries. The biscuits and gravy is knock out good. If its busy they might get behind but w/e

As somebody with celiac's I incredibly grateful for a dedicated gluten free restaurant. I have ordered a sandwich to go many times here and it is always delicious, freshly made, and the staff are kind and attentive. They didn't have any peanut butter bars today which was a bummer as they are delicious! Highly recommend them!

My family and I have been here several times, and have always had a wonderful experience. Their quiche is fantastic. We've also tried banana bread, muffins, brownies, and cake and have been impressed with everything.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place and unfortunately cannot recommend it.

First, the menu does not specify that lunch is only served Monday through Friday and not on weekends. I had originally wanted to order the Cuban Blonde Sandwich (with pulled chicken, not pork) but was told this was not available on the weekend. I then tried to choose something healthier and went with the option of fruit with spinach quiche instead.

The cashier told me I could sit wherever I liked while waiting for my order to be packed to-go. I sat right in front of the counter and waited for over 30 minutes, watching as multiple people who arrived after me (both dine-in and carry-out) received their orders before mine.

Finally, I had to ask one of the servers how much longer my food would take. She asked me to repeat my order, then said it would be ready in two minutes. A few minutes later, they brought me the cinnamon roll I had ordered correctly—but instead of the fruit with quiche, they gave me biscuits and gravy, something I did not order and cannot eat.

At that point, after already waiting half an hour, I was not going to wait another 15 minutes or more for them to fix the mistake.

My first experience was great. Grateful for a safe place to eat. The food was high quality and tasted great. The gluten-free coffee cake and banana bread had a very nice texture. I got the veggie soup, and they let me add chicken so I’d have a dairy-free protein option. The owners and staff were incredibly nice, extremely accommodating, and very knowledgeable when it came to ingredients and what I could have on the menu with my dairy and gluten allergy. I was shown their ingredient list, which was very transparent. Nice, quiet atmosphere I’d recommend to anyone. My fiancé loved his Ruben and latte. He doesn’t have allergies and loved it too. Best of all everything is 100% gluten free and I didn’t have to worry about any hidden ingredients. Nice menu. Will be back, thanks ya’ll!! Keep it up! 😄
