This place is going downhill real quick. We ordered 20 piece boneless and they gave us the smallest possible wings. They were thin and hardly about 1.5 inch in length. Not only that they weren't even fresh they were cold and just tossed in sauce. We told Sariah our waitress, and she refused to do anything about it. I hope no one has to pay 44 dollars for cold small wings. Day ruined with expensive Subpar food

As you can see on both of the receipts say I was supposed to receive 3 orders of fries and 4 ranches. I received 2 ranch cups and only 1 order of fries. When I called, the manager she told me my only options were coming to get fresh fries or receive a credit for them. I was told she would not remake my order- as I live 20 minutes away, and she would not refund me for any portion of my meal. When my husband called she told him she wouldn’t be able to honor a fresh order or a refund because I already agreed to receiving a credit (which I only agreed to because she told me refunds and fresh food were not an option). So she pretty much would have honored an option for my husband that she wouldn’t have honored for me.

Never, in all the times I have ate there, have I received such a weird and almost disrespectful service especially from a manager.

Awful experience. Poor customer service, received cold food and didn’t even get the food I ordered. Then I asked her name and the worker hung up on me. Absolutely do NOT recommend to go there at all

I’m not sure what happened within a month of me coming here. But the quality and service has went down so much, I’m not coming back again. What do you mean the wings aren’t crispy like they used to be. I only get half a cup of ranch for 12 wings?? And not all I got no napkins in my take out order.

Couldn't use my gift card because of the promotion on the app. Then they forgot the item. Nothing they can do now. Promotion and item both gone.

We have ordered numerous times over the years and almost every single order that is delivered is missing items. I love the food but Jesus Christ the employees are lazy and smoothbrained.

Servers were good, food was slow coming out, but the thing that really got me was the lack of accessibility/parking. There are very limited spots available and they only allow exit and entrance out the front, forcing you and your party to walk around the whole building or alarms will sound, so inconvenient and cold, completely preventable by the owners, entrances and exits should be accessible to patrons.

Kitchen has been subpar lately. This time they just doused the dry rubs on my wings and the Hatch Queso was runny. Anyway, the real reason for the review is to compliment Syndie, my server. She had a smile a mile wide and was very roll w the punches regarding the busy bar area and being only one of two servers. She deserves a better scene/restaurant because she would make a great waitress elsewhere! Thanks for keeping my drink full and being so pleasant, I hope they give you a raise!
