Oh BOY. Where do I start? Our order was taken by a friendly gentleman at the counter who promptly disappeared never to be seen again. Once I got our receipt I quickly realized it was rang in incorrectly and attempted to speak to the woman (i believe manager) bagging food, she ignored me. When she gave us our food she still ignored me. I then realized we didn't even receive everything. In total it took us over an hour to get all of our food. My 11yo and I never getting what we actually ordered. To top it all off I was there with three of my children and the man making sandwiches did nothing but scream obscenities the ENTIRE time.

Everytime I go to this Burger King my food is always cold. I get it u been there all night. U want to go home. When I let them know that the sandwich was cold. Mike came and got the cold sandwich. Which u are not supposed to take back . He then snatched the bag out of my hand. Most likely did not remake my sandwich, most likely warmed the same sandwich up in the microwave. Lol keyzon was really nice. And he is always really nice. Good job! Keon!
