For my family, they like Burger King. As for me personally, well lets say its not a good choice. In one word, DIABETIC. I don't know of any fast food chain that ever thinks of customers like me.Vegetarian options: They have the impossible burger. I've tried but did not care for it much. Then again I'm not a vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: I'm diabetic, there is nothing on the menu that is carb friendly. With diabetes being more common you would think one of these fast foods would try to accommodate.
The food, as well as, the service were both home runs. This is the second time, in two days. I went through the drive-thru, and both experiences earn gold medals. During each visit, the line for the drive-thru was frightening. However, I was placing my order before I knew it; and on my way with my food sooner than I thought.The Royal Chicken is not a favorite, will not be ordering that again. The chicken was juicy, but the flavor of the chicken. Well, there isn't one. Fries were out of this world. The second time around. I purchased the original chicken sandwich, and it was delicious. Not to mention affordable with the coupon I used.Vegetarian options: I just know they have options .
Their drinks are only a dollar is our iced coffees and the mocha frappe is really good we'll keep going

The food was great, but they messed up our order, they completely just didn't put an entire meal in our bag, (we ordered 3 different double whopper meals, we only got 2 of them), and 1 of 2 of them that we did actually get, had all the toppings on the burger that were not supposed to be on it. So, the quality of the food was honestly, fantastic. But the fact that they just completely left out an entire meal from our purchase, very frustrating to say the least.

I ordered a breakfast burrito and large coke and small hashbrowns and when charged I didn’t have all the funds in that account and the manager took care of me with no questions asked. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. I work in retail so I see all kinds of customer service but she really went over the top! Thank you again, wish I got her name!!!!

Great location. Always accurate, fast, and friendly.
I looked for someplace on the Burger King website to air this grievance, but there was no place to do so, so Google it is. Specifically, this was at at the West 3rd Street location in Bloomington.Let me just say, I did not rule, and neither did the sandwich I overpaid for. It was the mushroom and swiss burger, andi can say emphatically that they did not overwhelm it with mushrooms, as there were exactly three on the entire sandwich, and two of them were the little nubs from the sides of the mushroom. The cheese was good, I have to admit, but the bread was dry and the stark lack of mushrooms made for a pretty dry sandwich overall.As an aside, the general atmosphere of this store wasn't great. It took several minutes for people who were already there when I arrived to get their food. I watched one woman patiently stand there for a very long time waiting for someone to notice her to give her the ranch dressing they'd forgotten with her order, and that was after she'd already come back once for a beverage they'd forgotten. Seriously, if I'd been made to stand there as long as she did while my food was getting cold, I would have been pissed. So the moral of the story is if you do go there despite the dubious service, stick to something more basic than a mushroom and swiss burger.

I downloaded the Burger King app and saved on our purchase. There was a friendly person at the counter who was prompt and accurate. The only thing that needed a little attention was the cleanliness. I would definitely eat there again.

Nice restaurant. However, according to the store employees, ordering with mobile app to this location takes about 10 minutes to be received. Observed one guest wait about 15 minutes to receive her order after placing it while in the restaurant. They recommended placing order pick up only orders.

Went to this Burger King with a pretty large order and they were extremely nice, helpful and fast, for the 15 sandwiches, 5 of which were meals, that I ordered.
Meh, this location has become everything we have come to expect from a Burger King restaurant. And since when is a restaurant a bring your kid to work office.
Nice and clean inside. Order was ready quickly.
