They had a 5 year old little boy hanging out in the drive thru. That isnt my issue though. I got him on camera digging ice out of the ice machine with his bare hands. The kid had dried stuff on his hands and when i brought this to his moms attention she didnt care and told me they change it out.

Kid-friendliness: They let kids dig in the ice they use for drinks. Kids give it 5 stars.

I placed an order for 4 orders of the 8 piece cheesy tots, instead I received 2 orders of 4. I thought the bag felt light but trusted the process. I should have checked, but 8 out of 32 tots is kinda unacceptable, lol.

This was the worst burger king I have ever been to. They were rude. They only cared about the drive thru orders anyone that came in to eat were ignored. After waiting over 2 minutes to ask for sauce I finally just say excuse me can I get some sauce, he just says it's 34 cent. I say ok and go get my wallet. I then stand at the register for another 2 minutes and no one came to help me. My food was cold and I never got my cup for my drink. If you go to this restaurant you might as well go thru the drive thru because that's the only way you will get service

Everytime I come here something ends up messed up. The staff was extremely rude and dismissive, and made my food incorrectly. I love burger king, and I hate that this location makes burger king look so bad. There needs to be something done about the staff that are rude and have no care for what they do. Having my food messed up Everytime is ridiculous, if I spend my money here I feel like I should be able to expect it to be within what I order.
I have an allergy to tomatoes, I specifically asked for no tomatoes and no onions, I should of checked when I was given my food, but the lady at the window was extremely rude and rushing us out of the way. When I got home, there were tomatoes on my whopper, I can’t even eat the food I spent my money on. It’s ridiculous.

Says they are open but ALL the doors are locked....at 9am. Can't take a bus through the drive through. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Talk about poor customer service! I have never been talked to the way that I was by Burger King staff over the phone. For starters, they had forgotten my impossible whopper altogether and it wasn’t until I arrived home that I realized the mistake. Naturally, I called the store to see what could be done to refund my money since I didn’t receive my sandwich, though I was already discouraged at not being able to have the food item that had sounded so good. But upon calling, I was passed between employees on the phone who each asked what my issue was despite me hearing the other before debrief the next person. And yet I finally was given to the manager who rudely started our conversation with “do ya even have a receipt”. I replied yes, but she proceeded to say nothing could be done because it had been 24 hours even though I had just paid 20 minutes before. How ridiculous! She followed that up with an invitation to take it up with the GM and then hung up on me without another word. Needless to say I won’t be returning to Burger King any time soon. Thanks for actually showing me how you do business because I won’t feed into a business that fails to support the very people who keep them open.

In my opinion this is the best Burger King in town. They seem to take the time to make the food correctly, even when ordering a simple burger or nuggets kids meals, it just seems to taste better. Highly recommend.

Only car in the drive thru took 10 min to take my order only to get back to my hotel room and my order be wrong. Yes I guess I should have checked it before I left but I was the only car there so how do you screw up the order? I guess they are just there for a check not proper work

There's plenty of places to grab a coffee in this town but I gather this is not one of them. I stood on the impossibly greasy floor in front of the register for quite some time, too long really, while employee after employee walked by, sneaking corner of the eye glances at me, saying nothing. As they continued about their great monotonous whatever I decided I was not welcome and I left, dejected and alone, into the gloomy rain to find some coffee elsewhere. Which I easily did and as one easily should. Also, BK, that song is an absolute menace to us all. Shame on you.

Don't work for them.. they take advantage of my girlfriend they think she's slow so they give her the bare minimum while they give her sister all the hours and everything. That's pure discrimination in my eyes. Ya'll have been warned. The managers don't know how to do their job correctly ? at this exact location.
