This Burger King has BY FAR the rudest customer service. I get an attitude every single time I’m there - last time was because I asked for a marinara replacement because mine was already open and today was because I should have read their minds that they want coupons at the drive thru menu instead of when you pay. If you don’t want to work with the public serving food, get a different job. I will not be returning and suggest if you don’t want your afternoon ruined with their rudeness go somewhere else.

I placed a mobile order at this location and they ran out of the specific food item that I ordered which is no big deal. They then said that they can’t refund the order and the app says that once you checked in there are no refunds. They also said that they won’t give anything that is of equal value. So if you place a mobile order and they run out of that food item after you place the mobile order, you won’t get a refund and you won’t get any food item of equal value. This means that Burger King can take your money for an order and not give you any food or in other terms stealing your money. I don’t know how this is legal but do not place a mobile order if you care about keeping your money. The staff at this location are not trained to handle this situation and were rude off the bat even though I was trying to be friendly and figure out something but all they wanted was for me to leave or place another order.

Went thru the drive thru at 10:45pm after working a really long day. The manger on duty was extremely rude while taking the order. We pull up to the window and ask her to add a cherry drink and she split it all over me and wouldn’t even give me napkins. Took them 20 mins while they were standing there talking to even hand us the food that was sitting in the bag. Worst service I had ever gotten there.

Don't work for them.. they take advantage of my girlfriend they think she's slow so they give her the bare minimum while they give her sister all the hours and everything. That's pure discrimination in my eyes. Ya'll have been warned. The managers don't know how to do their job correctly ? at this exact location.

I understand that I can 10 minutes before closing, but i just came back from the hospital and want a freaking large ice water and they told me they could not not even give me a cup of water. Seriously, how lazy can you be. I'm a college student that doesn't s**** so the least they could have done is give me a cup of water...

Bad customer service ?THE PARKING LOT is EMPTY FOR A REASON dont ??Unforgivable dry hard stale CRUSTY food?Management is fully aware of when food is dropped at 5:00 a.m. and being sold at 9:00 a.m.Management was argumentive and non accomadatingTaking shortcuts saves money now.
