The food and ambience is excellent. The bartender was quite welcoming and accommodating. Excellent service at the bar. However the rest of the staff, from the hosts to the wait staff, manage to make you feel like an imposition, as if they would really like you to move through their system as rapidly as possible. I understand the need to turn tables, but the frankness of expressing that goal certainly diminishes the whole experience. I love this restaurant, but I probably will never become a frequent guest because of that. It doesn't have a "Midwest Nice" feel about it.
We had a table out on the patio, which has the soothing background sounds of a fountain. It was a lovely evening. The service was attentive and informed. We are vegetarians and had many starter, soup, and salad options to choose from (oh, and cocktails)! We usually like to choose different entrees to share, but there was only one option - but it was delightful (polenta with veggies). The "take" on the veggie entree was much lighter than normal, and that was welcome. I'll be inclined to check in on the seasonal menus more often, I think. We had a such a nice time.
Fantastic as always! Decided to come for my birthday and had such a lovely time and meal. Truly one of the best places to dine in Bloomington.
Have dined at C3 many times. Service is abrupt at times, but had a great service experience this time dining on the patio. Unfortunately, the filet sliders were inedible. So filled with gristle and fat that I couldn't even bite through the meat. Our server was gracious and took the item off our bill, but still paid $85 (tip included) for 2 Ceasar salads, 1 iced tea, 1 old fashioned, deviled eggs appetizer and bread service ($8!!??). I was very disappointed that a restaurant of this quality would ever allow my sliders off the grill, let alone on a customers plate. May consider other area options first next time!
Always great drinks, food and service. The menu is smaller, but the deviled eggs and caesar salad are always dependable. The cocktails are ofc always enjoyable. The patio is one of the best in town too with a great chill atmosphere.

We sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was good and the drinks were awesome. I enjoyed a virgin specialty drink that was superb.

A nice cozy restaurant indoors and vibrant patio outdoors. Crafted cocktails were delicious along with the daily specials
Food is both unusual and delicious. We asked for a drink not on the menu and the bartender did it perfectly. We've been twice and will continue to enjoy this outstanding dining treat.
Gabriel was our waiter and helped us celebrate our son‘s 21st birthday. He was very accommodating to our group, cocktails from the bar were excellent and our food selections left everyone happy. The flatbread appetizer along with lime salted frites were very popular. Some of our entrées included Polenta, the duck breast with Ramen, and the C3 burger. We will definitely return.

an excellent meal as usual. The seared salmon is as always near perfect and the soups are always delicious
Our 2nd time @ C3, food, drinks & service have been great both times. Will always book a reservation every time we come out to visit our son @ IU!
The food and service at C3 Bar were outstanding. Small menu but very delicious. The decor and ambiance are beautiful, creating a truly inviting atmosphere. A hidden gem, it's just a short drive from the mall area, making it a perfect spot to discover.
Really nice place to go and have a “fancy” dinner

The food here is excellent, and overall it’s a great place for dinner.
The only point of concern is the restaurant’s strict policy on modifications—when I requested a flatbread without olives, they declined, even though it only required removing a few. While I respect that some dishes are meant to be served as designed, a bit more flexibility would enhance the dining experience.
