We have been going here for several years and have only had very positive experiences. Despite the fact that C3 is referred to as a "bar" the food is without a doubt good restaurant quality. There is a good variety of interesting mixed drinks that fit a variety of likes and moods, and they rotate the list seasonally. The atmosphere is refreshing in a town like Bloomington. So many establishments are geared towards college kids and/or their visiting parents, or fall into the category of "Applebees" and such. You might still see some college kids here, but it tends to attract an older and more mature audience and the setting reflects that.

The atmosphere was wonderful. The service was wonderful. But the value wasn't there. I ordered two sliders... with no sides, for $18. They were just ok. The soups we had were wonderful and the bread was nice but we literally spent over $100 and had to go get food after we left. Perhaps it's meant to be more of an upscale bar than an actual filling meal. We will not be returning.

The drinks are always amazing and the food is very good. Our service wasn't the best. We waited for a long time before our server returned so we could order more drinks and then they just left for the evening apparently but never let us know. Eventually another server came by and we were able to order another round but the overall service wasn't what we are used to at C3.

Our third time here, and never disappointed. Service was excellent, attentive (nice job, Andy!). Food and wine were all tasty. Surroundings/decor were pleasant. Looking forward to our next visit! Can't wait for outdoor dining and music!

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon. The decor is upscale, vibey-modern, the cocktails exquisite and uniquely prepared and presented. The tapas is an excellent compliment to cocktail hour and the wait staff knowledgeable and engaging. My cocktail was the London Fog, crisp, dry and unexpectedly like a delicious liquid lemon meringue pie sans crust. ? Thanks for the excellent customer service Morgan.

We had a reservation and were sat immediately. Service was outstanding, we didn't wait too long to get our food. Although the food was delicious, I wouldn't say it was with the price, mainly because of the portion.
The food was excellent, as was the service. It's a bit pricey for the portion size, but very tasty, and the cocktails were excellent. I only wish they'd bring back the Rye Guy! It was one of my favorites, so I was disappointed to learn that it's no longer on the menu. Sadly, I couldn't even order it off menu.

C3 is a good restaurant by Bloomington standards. Some of the dishes are very good, and the cocktails are great. Other dishes are not so great, and the cost to eat there is high, again by Bloomington standards. C3 can be pretty loud, which is a bother at times, and the service can be spotty.

Our meal was good but not great. Drinks were delicious but the jerk chicken tacos had too much spiciness to be memorable. Sliders were small. But the fries were great. If I went back, it would just be for drinks and fries.
