Everything took forever. Drinks 45 minutes, apps 30 minutes the dinner another 45 minutes and the chicken parm dinner was so dry and over cooked. Very disappointing. I felt bad for our server it was not her fault.
This is a very decent nice italian restaurant in a college town - a place for visiting parents to take their students. It has a nice front section and a back section with bigger tables. From fried ravioli to chicken parm to pastas and pizzas, Che Bello gives a good selection, and in our 4-person party, everyone enjoyed their food. Probably a little sedate/upscale for students to go to on their own, but perfect for a good italian meal with family.
The restaurant is lovely, the menu reads well, lots of choices but not overwhelming, and everything on it sounds delicious. The food was very good, our waitress was attentive and accommodating but not hovering, Enjoyable time. But it almost didn't happen because the door had a shabby torn piece of paper with "Reservations Only" scribbled on it. We began to walk away when some diners came out and said go in, there is NO ONE in there. So we did, and the place was...
