I placed an order for pickup. We got all the way there at the time of delivery and they did not have our item ready at all. They didnt even try to call to tell us abour it then instead waited until we got there. They replaced it with another item. It took them an additional 20 minutes of us sitting there. The rest of our food was very cold. And they were missing extra sauces and silver wear that I specifically clicked for. This has not been the first time something has been messed up.

Had dinner last night and it was FABULOUS. I usually avoid chain restaurants but I was on that side of town and had a craving for slaw, shrimp, and fries. I couldn't have been happier. I have allergies and I appreciate the server inquiring for me on what I can eat and! Being kind about it. Only complaint is my fries were not hot like my shrimp. Best slaw I've had in a LONG time. Reasonable on cost. My kiddo was stoked about the chicken fingers and they looked like great quality.
