Ordered 2 dozen breadsticks and they were all burnt. Very disappointing. This location needs to step it up.

This has always been a favorite of mine since being a child. Went in yesterday and had a large deep dish with pepperoni. It hit the spot. Pizza was great, and the breadsticks are the best in the area. The mild cheese dip and the garlic butter are my go to's for dipping. The staff were great. Our waitress was upbeat and all around did an amazing job!

This was the first time I ever ate at a Chicagos Pizza. I absolutely was blown away.
Pizza was great, service was Great, The atmosphere was great, restrooms was clean.
We ate bresdsticks and cheese, then had an amazing monster Meat pizza on deep dish crust, and it was nothing short of amazing.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nobody even at the counter during lunch hour. Employees standing around talking in the back. Waited a few minutes and left. Lost my business. I'm on a tight break and your employees don't seem to care much whether they sell food or not.

I am a pizza breadstick fanatic and have had them at different locations, but every other place has been inconsistent or problematic in some way. Chicago's makes me feel comfortable and full every single time. Their buffet is also wonderful. I drive out of my way at least once a week to enjoy what they have to offer.
