My wife and I used to love the buffet meals at Ellettsville Chicago’s Pizza. We hadn’t been in quite a while. Tonight we decided to take advantage of Chicago’s Buffet…. What a disaster!!! We paid for two buffets and when we went to the bar.. there were 4 pieces of pizza left. Of coarse my wife took two pizzas and I took two. I told the young lady that they needed more pizza on the bar. We proceeded to eat a small salad and our two pieces of pizza. For 30 minutes all we heard was giggling and laughing amongst the several young people working there and still no pizza. I asked the young lady several times when we could expect more pizza on the bar. She kept saying they would be out shortly. So for $27.00, two small salads and four very small slices of cold pizza, we left the restaurant! Terrible Service, not a single adult there … or manager to speak with. We will not return!!!! 😡

Arrived and unseated despite two waitresses noticing us. The experience was poor, with dirty dishes on nearly every booth. Since I have been a frequent customer, I mistakenly decided to place an order at the counter, paid, and returned to my seat. After eating, a waiter informed us that they mistakenly charged us for a hand-tossed pizza instead of a deep dish, and we owe an additional $8.50. The owner instructed the waiter to collect the money. My $10 tip that I left prior to receiving any sort of customer service and for them literally to carry my pizza out, would have covered that $8.50 mistake made by the waitress. Do better.

This was no Chicago's like I have ever had, The breadsticks and crust was absolutely horrible lime eating hard flour… the ingredients were good like the cheese, the sauce and toppings but the crust was absolutely off more than any Chicago’s pizza I have ever been to. Went for the buffet and was one of the first ones there so everything was fresh but not good. But I dont blame the girls, service was good everything was set up great. The bread, crust was just insanely horrible for the franchise.

We were charge 25 for two buffets which was fine, but they kept putting out weird pizzas and had no traditional style pizzas. We did have a salad, but the salad bar was limited on choices and when we went to the table every table, we went to had been wiped off, but had a residue like whatever they used was dirty. Then, as we were leaving, we asked to have two Styrofoam cups so we could pour our remaining drink in it and we did not ask for more and we were told we would have to pay for two Styrofoam cups after spending $25 on two buffets and my son 10 years old ate just to do a salad and one piece of pizza I think a Styrofoam cup may cost $.10 each if that so for $.20 we will never come back to To Chicago’s Pizza in elletsville
