All around they completely ignore people after they take your order and seem preoccupied with their cell phones instead of filling their orders or helping customers. Don’t get the salad! The market salad had lots of brown spots and was missing the bleu cheese. When I pointed this out to employees they just shrugged and said sorry and that was it. No refund or alternate items offered. Very uncaring and poor quality food.

Rude staff and terrible customer service I was literally the first one in line and I got ignored while 3 other people got there order taken then my name was spelled and pronounced wrong which is not a big deal but if you sat my food down and see me standing there obviously waiting why not say anything! Do not plan on coming back I recommend the one outside of the mall because these workers need better training in costumer service instead of standing at the counter with an attitude and arms crossed!!!!

I absolutely love the much lunch crew. Everyone is is super nice. I’ve been a daily lunch regular for the past few years. The food is alway great.

They always forget my sauce in the drive-thru! I don't know what it is about this Chick-fil-a. I really like their food and their service is quick, but they consistently forget to put sauce in my bag! I only get the chick-fil-a sauce, and it makes a huge difference (their chicken is dry without it), but they constantly forget! Edit: they have since overcompensated and fixed this issue!

So this one's going to be a little bit different. I lost my card and the management decided to give me a meal for free. I came back to Chick-fil-A to pay for my meal and give a donation to help others in the future. The general manager said there's a program that allows them to show generosity and they cannot accept my donation. I think that's awesome!!!!!! Instead, I went ahead and paid for several people's meals as they were picking them up. It's this kind of generosity and kindness that the whole world needs to get it moving back in the direction it needs
