I got a burrito bowl and it was only a third full. I have gotten burrito bowls of this exact order many times from other locations. But this was the absolute worst bowl I have ever gotten. The quality of the food was good, but the rice was harder than usual. But the fact is that I paid $10+ for something that looked $3 worthy max (ugly and very unappetizing). Like I could see the bottom of the bowl when I opened the lid it was that empty. And I got very little corn when I ordered, not even a fourth cup full of corn. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering from this location again. Be better. I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants quality food, go to any other restaurant in Bloomington and it would be better than this.

I’ve been coming to Chipotle for a long time and used to love it — the portions were generous and satisfying. But recently, I’ve noticed a drastic drop in portion sizes. It’s reached a point where even two bowls barely feel like enough for one person — and I’m not a heavy eater. It’s disappointing to see the value go down like this while prices stay the same. I hope they bring back the quality and quantity that made Chipotle worth coming back to.

What happened to the portions?! I used to love coming here because you actually got your money’s worth, but now it feels like I’m paying full price for a half-empty bowl. It’s honestly frustrating — same price, way less food. This isn’t what Chipotle used to be

The chips are ludicrously salty every time I’ve come here. Never had this issue at any other Bloomington chipotle. They are so salty they are mostly inedible. The regular food is fine so no idea what happens to the quality control.

I ordered the kids cheese quesadilla and was given a slightly warmed tortilla with luke warm cheese, not even melted. And in my friends burrito she found a giant chunk of onion no where near close to being cut enough. Would not recommend, choose one of the many restaurants around it.

It’s unbelievable how small the portions are. Even if you ask for a fair amount of food, you don’t get it.

I ordered for delivery. They didn't put any chicken in it at all. When I tried to get the right order to my work you have to go through AI, can't talk to a person. And I didn't even get lunch back to me for today. They gave an entree that expires and still have to pay to have it delivered. Definition of unhappy because of someone else's incompetence and not rectifying situations correctly.

Barely gave me any protein and decided to give me enough sour cream to feed the entire IU 2028 class when I asked for only a little. Outrageous!

They were out of bowls and served us food in a lid. My food almost fell out of my hand. Doesn’t make sense how this is the solution, As a manager, how do you not realize there are better solutions that exist, such as borrowing from a nearby store or stopping by Sam’s club and picking up disposable carry outs.

They also gave us a small bag of chips for a large side of chips and quac, and I had to ask them for the actual large size.
