The food itself was good, although a little light with the ingredients. The service is terrible, I have visited this location multiple times and have never had a good experience with the cashiers. There is one cashier in particular I have had the displeasure of experiencing a couple times, I think his name is Dominik. He is consistently rude and has an incredibly arrogant attitude.

Ordered delivery from the website and they did not give me any meat in my bowl. I paid for the brisket bowl. Chipotle gave me a free entrée but I rather have my order refunded.

Skimped me out and charged me always 14$ for a chicken bowl? I hadn’t been there in a while so thought they must’ve marked up prices but saw online chicken was around 9$. So i don’t know why i was overcharged, I didn’t get any guac or queso. Ruined my experience for this establishment.

I am appalled by the blatant disregard for hygiene in this restaurant. The server did not change his gloves after touching the register and his face! This is not just careless; it’s downright disgusting, especially since the lettuce is served without any utensils. If this level of filth is allowed to happen in plain view of customers, I shudder to think about what goes on behind closed doors. I hope to receive an actual response/explanation, not just some generic “Thanks for sharing your feedback” nonsense.

The food was good and the cashiers and servers were really nice, but the lady that was cleaning up the patio was extremely rude to us. My friend and I took a chair to sit on the patio because it was very hot inside, and the lady came up to us and yelled at us because the patio was closed, which we didn’t know. There was another group of people sitting on the patio and she never said anything to them, so we were very confused.

This chipotle needs to hire more people in my opinion. Almost every time I come here there's a huge line of customers and only one or two people assembling the food. So you should probably be ready for a wait.

The Dude taking my Order was real condescending and I really had to dig deep to not snap on the little guy.

Unfortunately had a horrible experience at this location. We walked in and they were out of brown rice and chicken. When we asked how long it was going to be for the chicken we were told 20 mins. The dining space wasn’t very clean either.
