Do NOT place mobile orders. Unfortunately, the two times I have placed mobile orders, the employees gave me half bowls (a full bowl was halfway full) and gave me one small scoop of everything i asked for. Otherwise, everything else is fine. The store looks nice but can definitely get busy due to it being so close to the college campus. The food tastes good it’s just the service you receive when you place mobile orders.

Went in at 9PM on 2/3 and they had already closed for dine in. I’ve worked in a few restaurants and as annoying it can be you should have dine in open especially if there’s a line to the door. The prep area was disgusting with dirty dishes stacked everywhere. The girl who made my food didn’t even say hello or anything. Terrible service. She dropped ingredients onto the metal work area that i know is probably not clean and just picked it up and put it back in my burrito. I asked for light sour cream and cheese and she didn’t listen at all and just put huge globs of it onto my burrito. I get it, im a college student as well and I’ve worked similar jobs, but there’s really no excuse for how bad the customer service was. Maybe hire people that actually want to work.

Here’s an idea! Fire every college kid in here and hire people who have more than one brain cell between the bunch of them. Quite literally the worst chipotle branch in existence.

Absolutely terrible chipotle for multiple reasons.•The workers are messy and unsanitary. They just throw food at the bowl, most of it misses, and then they scoop food off of the counter with their hands, never not changing their gloves.•The food stations were generally a mess•The chicken tastes weird•The portion sizes are way off. Ask for peppers and they throw in a couple of unchopped bell peppers. Ask for any meat and they try to give you the sheistiest half scoop•Chips are always soggy and underdone•Guacamole usually looks grossI know it sounds mean, but what I got wasn't worth what was paid. Please do better.

I unfortunately eat here all the time. The only good time to eat here is when the GM is there or before 12noon. Today when I went, the prep area was covered in literally everything. I asked for chicken in my burrito and I ended up pulling beef out of my mouth. The employees have 0 patience. Like if you really hate your job that much get a different one. Lots of cross contamination. Cheese literally everywhere in every single prep bowl. I have experienced good chipotle employees here who take their time and have patience to avoid this problem, but that didn’t happen today.Dietary restrictions: Cross contamination galore. Do not eat here if you have an allergy/intolerance to any of their food products

Driving in from Dallas Tx, I stopped by this chipotle right around 9:05. On the website it shows that they close at 10pm. As soon as we were getting out the car the young lady came and locked the door. It was very disrespectful and rude. I’m not sure how true it was, but they had a sign that said No more rice. I know people do that sometimes to avoid customers. I worked in customer service for 15 years and as busy as it has gotten I’ve always treated my customers right. My suggestion is to hire people that really like there job with a great attitude and a people person!!!

I have ordered food from this chipotle twice. Both times they have charged me for ingredients on my bowl, only to not put them on my bowl. If you don’t have something on the line, contact me to substitute it. We went back in to correct the order and all they say is “sorry, it wasn’t on the line when you ordered so you didn’t get it.” But still charge me full price! Ridiculous. When all you get on your bowl is 3 items and 1 is missing, there is literally no point of getting a bowl. I would have went somewhere else.

They're busy and chronically out of items. Last night, they were out of beans, sour cream, and veggies. So, as a vegetarian, I walked down to Sweet Greens and had a much better experience since they had everything and no lines!

I've had mixed success at this place but it seems to have gone further downhill each time I give it another try. My pregnancy cravings were demanding a burrito so I figured I'd give it another shot. I ordered 3 for pickup and the place was packed as usual when we got there to pick them up. They had run out of tortillas and made the burritos as bowls instead. Instead of cilantro rice, it came with what appeared to be plain instant rice, which was undercooked and crunchy. Basically inedible.Laughing Planet, please come back.
