11/26/2025 — BOGO. I didn’t love the chicken because it was a bit too salty, but I really wanted to leave a review for the staff who were serving food around 6pm. They were some of the kindest, most communicative, and genuinely friendly coworkers I’ve ever come across. They were so patient and welcoming with everyone. Much love.

Coming from a former Chipotle employee of 3+ years this was far and beyond the worst Chipotle i’ve come across. Food quality is subpar, employees are incompetent, and the manager refused to speak to me when I asked why I was being refused a double portion of chicken. Do not go here. I recommend giving Hive a try just down the road if you’re looking for good food that is quick.

Just got back with a bowl of carne asada. Literally 7 strips of steak on this for $12. Absolutely unreal.

They need a better system so they aren’t running out of protein every night. It’s actually absurd. There have been SO many times this Chipotle is mysteriously out of chicken in my 4 years living in Bloomington. And this will be when there is still a full 30 minutes until close. I understand not wanting to make more when it’s like 10 minutes before close, I’ve worked minimum wage jobs before, but come on… Also, this chipotle needs a better way of organizing what they are out of between in person customers and their app. A person should not come into the store and be told they are out of chicken, then be able to go onto the app and order chicken. I’m not usually one to pick on minimum wage food workers, but that’s actually messed up. The person who has been waiting in line for 10 minutes should get priority over a mobile order that HAS NOT EVEN been placed yet. I understand online orders that were placed earlier getting priority. But it makes absolutely zero sense that I can be told you are out of chicken, then order a bowl with chicken 5-7 minutes later, and still receive chicken despite being told you were out 10 minutes prior. I know the chicken was pulled for mobile orders, by WHY are you guys pulling the chicken for mobile orders. Mobile order culture has gotten out of control. How are FUTURE mobile order more important than customers CURRENTLY standing in line.
COLD SOGGY, STALE, GREASY BAG OF CHIPS?! I don’t know how you get this wrong at a supposed Mexican restaurant but they 1000% did!? I wish I had been dining in because if I had been I would have marched this soggy bag of an excuse for chips right back up to the counter and demanded fresh or my money back! Instead, like many others I am sure, got mine to go so I am stuck an unreasonable distance away to get actual tortilla chips to enjoy with my burrito bowl… HOW? I don’t even understand how these got this way!? Like they had been sitting in a back room for days… all stuck to each other… taste super off too like bad grease. These meals are too pricy these days for this kind of result. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE!

Visited this location on Monday evening. It was absolutely the worst experience all because of one employee who I also think was the manager. He was belittling his employees right on the line on how to work and what mistakes they were making. Pure insults and so unprofessional. He was just throwing all the food and toppings on each order. A total mess it was. The customer in front of us asked for another item to be added and he told him no that there were too many people in line for him to start again. If he wanted something then he can order on the app. I asked him if someone could clean the tables so we could eat. All the tables were completely dirty. He said he had nobody and they were too busy to do it. And what do I want him to do about it. I said clean them so we all can eat as they were all so dirty. He replied if you don’t like it then don’t eat here. We cleaned off the table ourselves like many others did. The manager continued to be rude to customer and his employees. They ran out of meat, cheese, sour cream and corn. About 15 people walked out and cancelled their orders. The managers reply was oh well not my problem. Totally horrible experience and a first for me at any location. This manager has not professionalism with customer or respect for his staff.
I ordered a bowl with chicken and when I opened up the bowl there was almost no chicken and visibly no chicken on one half of the bowl. So I went back up and kindly asked if I could just get a few pieces of chicken on the side that visibly had no chicken and the lady snapped back very rudely claiming she gave a normal portion of chicken and that I would have to pay extra. I guess a normal portion is a few pieces and half an empty bowl, so be cautious before going to this location. these employees think every piece of chicken comes out of their paycheck.
