Imagine getting your lunch and being charged for a VEGGIE BURRITO that only has pinto beans and cheese. NO VEGGIES ON IT. $8.30 for a tortilla pinto beans and cheese. PRICE GOUGE MUCH?!? And then when you ask to double check they just look at you from the back and then come back and say “nope it’s a veggie burrito”. Right on guys. Will no longer be supporting Chipotle!

I am not one to leave reviews, but this experience was terrible. I picked up my order, discovered that I was missing several ingredients. Returned to get the ingredients. Wasn’t a huge deal until my sister pulled a huge piece of wadded up plastic out of her bowl. I asked the manager to remake the order and for a refund. But had to “choose one or the other”. Terrible customer service and I feel like a refund is reasonable for the literal safety hazard.

I used to come to the College Mall location quite often, and EVERY time they I would go they were out of veggies...really? Once, twice, even 3 times maybe I wouldn't be as disappointed but come on! So I stopped going...then a couple of months ago I went and they actually had some! So I went the next week...NO VEGGIES!!! I didn't go again for about a month, guess what??? You got it...NO VEGGIES! When I asked if they had any in the back they said they had some but they're for online/app orders...What??!? If you only get good service and the food you want by ordering online then that's ridiculous. I would go after work and am like 3 minutes up the street. I get off work between 4:00-4:30 it's not like it's close to closing time...what the heck is up? Well, I gave it another try today & guess what??? You got it...I won't be going back. Casa Brava is across the street and Noodles is right there as well. Neither one cost more than your establishment. Adios Chipotle!

When we arrived, there was one other customer at a table. Nearly every other surface was dirty. 3 employees were behind the counter and I think there were two in the back. I also had to ask for forks. The grill cook had hair to his shoulders and it was not pulled back in anyway or covered with a hairnet.

After being turned away at Chik-fil-A at 9:13 when they close at 10:00, we came here and they rocked it out even though they close at 10:00 as well. We should have came here in the first place. Thank you!!!

The restaurant wasn't very busy, but based on food spilled all over the tables, and trash all over the floor, maybe they had just finished being busy? Either way, I was already disappointed when they told me, "we can't make any burritos..." Which is a pretty rough start for a Chipotle... I opted for a bowl, but I asked for my salsa to be in a cup rather than directly on the bowl. When I got to the checkout, there was a young Asian lady working the register. When she put my food in the bag, she slam-dunked the salsa into the bag like she just won an NBA game... when I got to my car, I realized the salsa had exploded, and was leaking everywhere... Next time I craving a burrito, I think I'll go to the west side location.
Never have shit working, no tortilla press, the other time no water cups, no Tabasco half the time. Rarely leave there satisfied but no other options

Don't go after 7 pm to any of the chipotles in bloomington. They run out of food every night. It's pretty ridiculous. Every night is wild. You would think they would order more food on the truck. Poor management

I recently visited the college mall chipotle and requested a half-and-half portion of meat. After the employee prepared my order, the manager intervened, stating that too much meat was added. He offered to remake the meal or charge me double. To avoid waste and prevent the employee from facing repercussions, I reluctantly paid the extra amount. it literally makes 0 sense to throw out the bowl already made because there is “too much meat” as he said. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional, and I believe the manager’s conduct was unacceptable and that he needs to be reprimanded.

My experience was terrible solely due to the Asian employee that has been mentioned in several other reviews. I ordered a bowl and she asked if I would like rice and beans. I replied yes and she glared at me and said “So what kind?” in the most hostile way imaginable, even though the question she asked me was a yes-or-no question. Additionally, my bowl was a veggie bowl and she did not offer me guacamole, even though it comes with it free of charge. My boyfriend and I were the only two people in line, and she still rushed the entire process for no reason. My bowl was sloppy and thrown together. After reading other reviews regarding this employee, she appears to be rude and condescending to many customers, and even employees. There is no reason that this disrespect and negative attitude needs to be shown to people simply looking to get a quick meal. Do better with your hires.
