How the heck they have employees that don’t even know how to cook rice?? Got my food with the rice still raw…definitely don’t recommend eating here unless you like raw food

I like chipotle and used to go more than I should for sure. Luckily this location broke that habit which is good for my wallet. Probably 1 out of 10 trips you will get a good burrito. Most of the time the portion is tiny and if it’s not they put a pinch of protein in it so you end up with a lot of bites of just lettuce, sour cream and rice. Also if you have any kind of allergy I would not trust them to make your food. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a burrito or tacos that didn’t have toppings I did not request in them.

Very sad. The building is brand new and beautiful but it was dirty, full of trash, stinky, and the service was horrible. The chip tasted like they were 7 months old and covered in Dr. Pepper. I pray for new management.

Worst Chipotle location ! I am regular Chipotle guy , i go 4-5 times a week to whatever chipotle is nearby, and at this location i got the smallest burrito ever. The guy working was rude and didn't care about what the customer needs. He barely put any chicken literally 3-4 pieces , i asked him to put double chicken , he said I can't, i said i will pay for double chicken , he said still I can't, like what ? Can't they keep there inventory stocked up. They are always out of 50% stuff. They should definitely give there staff some customer service skills !

The workers were incredibly rude. Said it “was the best they could do” when they couldn’t do my order correctly. This is how much rice they gave me and refused to give me more.

I took off one overall star,and I'll tell you why. I love Chipotle. Food is fresh, service is usually great, and most stores are clean.Today there was only one person prepping, so it was a little slower. But that is not the reason for star removal.The customer two ahead of me ordered two children's quesadillas.Oh wow, I could tell these weren't for kids.First, usually the kids get only cheese -he asked for (and got) added meat.Second, he asked for extra rice instead of fruit, and also added a cup of guacamole & cup of hot salsa to his order.Yes, it may have been a little bit smaller than a regular burrito, but he got two meals for $9. I paid the same for a single veggie burrito. I guess that's good for him, but it seems like Chipotle should be able to spot this.Vegetarian options: Choose what YOU want to eat!Dietary restrictions: Your choice. Don't want meat? Don't add it. Don't want cheese? Don't add it.
