It's been quite a while since I went to a Chipotle but I saw they had brisket so I thought we'd give it a try again. I had heard all the hubbub regarding increasing prices and decreasing serving sizes. Now I understand why! The commercials showed juicy slices of meat - the franchise I visited had diced it into pieces, resulting in tiny hard bits of flavorless leather. I got roughly a tablespoon of meat and about half the amount of other ingredients as they used to give you, which is just as well because everything was so spicy, I couldn't finish it. Total cost for a burrito and a small drink? $22!! I was going to order a second item with the brisket for my companion but at noon on a Saturday, they were already out and told me emphatically that it would take 20 whole minutes to make more (translation: we don't want to). Seriously?? So you weren't planning on selling any more brisket for the rest of the day?? They had no fewer than 8 employees but only 2 working the front - one putting together the orders and the other (obviously the manager despite only a couple of years difference from the other employees) working the cash register (yet it still took 20 minutes to get our order). The whole team was teenage/20s males and all of them displaying signs of complete disinterest in doing a good job. If the lack of smiles and eye contact wasn't clear, other telltale signs were left all over the floor, on filthy countertops and tables, overflowing trash bins, and empty slots where lids and straws once lived. There is no excuse for this kind of fleecing! Mr. Ells' departure was probably the beginning of the end - should have gotten the clue. Needless to say, we won't be returning.

Everyone complaining about this location probably hasn’t been to the other locations in Bloomington. If you’re expecting 5star service Chipotle isn’t the place. The food is pretty good and it’s more convient than going to the Kirkwood or mall location.

Manager and staff were rude and had multiple customers walking out including myself. Dirty, disorganized, unprepared, and when trying to inquire you get laughed at. Save your time and money and go to one of the other locations in town.

I got robbed by Chipotle in Chipotle. Nearly $30.00 and two bowls later, I can officially say we will never eat here again. Both our bowls had rice, one scoop of chicken, guacamole, queso, lettuce, pico, and sour cream. Why in the world would someone ever pay $15.00 per person to eat this dog food? Save yourself the money and go to Taco Bell.

On my second visit to this particular establishment, they were out of the two things that I asked for right off the bat, which is bad management! after I said, I was not gonna pay full price for half portions the “shift manager” who was already in a foul mood, because it was New Year’s Eve Was extremely rude and got mad at me after I pointed out that I wasn’t going to pay full price for a half portion. Poor management!!!!!! They weren’t busy and the shift manager was not walking around checking stations. He was simply pissed off because he was there on New Year’s Eve, and took it out on me. I will not be going back to chipotle even though I had a decent experience on my first time there. Choose your management wisely, they can ruin your business. I walked out without anything but a bad taste for this restaurant!

I went to this chipotle a while ago and the workers were the rudest people over ever met. He one guy took my drink right out of my hand and threw it away and proceeded to argue with me in front of the whole store. DONT GO HERE
After reading all the negative reviews I have been avoiding going here but decided to try it yesterday. We went around 4:45 p.m. and it was a good experience for us. The place was clean, the food was fresh and the portions seemed fair to me. They were very busy and everyone was in and out fairly quickly and the employees were friendly and fast. Overall good experience.
