Everyone complaining about this location probably hasn’t been to the other locations in Bloomington. If you’re expecting 5star service Chipotle isn’t the place. The food is pretty good and it’s more convient than going to the Kirkwood or mall location.
After reading all the negative reviews I have been avoiding going here but decided to try it yesterday. We went around 4:45 p.m. and it was a good experience for us. The place was clean, the food was fresh and the portions seemed fair to me. They were very busy and everyone was in and out fairly quickly and the employees were friendly and fast. Overall good experience.
Food was ok. Not clean place at all. Stood in line for awhile. Was one girl taking orders and one girl cooking all the food. Working their butt's off. Then saw the one girl making everyone's food was also taking care of the drink station where forks and stuff is. She deserves better than that place is offering her.
