Didn't live up to expectations sadly. The cookies were undercooked and made me feel ill. We had the large ones so the smaller may be better. Service is fast though, you place your own order using a kiosk.

Not sure how they stay in business. Three times I have ordered online and when I show up 15 minutes later they are "out of cookies" and closed- at normal times like 4:00. Yesterday the same thing happened. When I arrived at 6:00 staff was standing behind a locked door. When I tried asking what was going on one staff member yelled at me to leave. When I asked for her name she said- go ahead and complain, they won't do anything. When staff left they all had several boxes of cookies, but we couldn't get the cookies we pre-ordered. I left a message, but never received a return call to discuss.
