The drink was great, the pastry had no flavor other than overwhelming artificial cherry, and the girl taking our order was not at all enthusiastic or friendly. She made us feel rushed and like a bother. After reading through similar reviews, it’s clear this is a not well managed mid college town coffee hang. I won’t be back.

Was excited to try a new coffee place (visiting from Zville). I ordered the Honey Bear Latte Nonfat and my son ordered the Mexican Mocha Latte. A little underwhelmed with both. Mexican mocha tasted a bit bitter. My Honey Bear was ok but not very hot. One of my biggest pet peeves is lukewarm coffee drinks. I love my drinks hot hot not chuggable.

The girl at cashier on 12/29 is really rude. After I paid, she turned the screen of choosing the tips to herself and chose the highest %. Excuse me???? Who tells you can do that?? Your boss? She also did not warm up the bakery, not even an ask.

Crumble Coffee and Bakery was a recent coffee shop I met up with an acquaintance at. I ordered a pumpkin cake type pastry that I don't remember the name of and an iced coffee. Pastry was super tasty, great temperature and super moist. Coffee was incredibly smooth and satisfying. The staff were really nice and had fantastic customer service. They let us stay a couple minutes past closing to use the bathroom which was extremely nice of them. Only complaint is the air circulation can make it feel kind of warm. That may also just be a me thing though. PLEASE go give this place business. Their products and service work are phenomenal.Vegetarian options: Pastrys are all vegetarian and a couple vegan I believe. A couple non dairy milk options to my knowledge. No whipped cream.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is flat with no step and close to the part of the street with a curb cut out. Door may be heavy.

Stopped in Crumble for an afternoon pick-me-up during a work trip. I was immediately greeted by the friendliest staff who made me feel like a regular. I tried the chai latte and chocolate chip cookie- both amazing. I hung out for about an hour, reading and enjoying my treats in a cozy leather chair. There was a steady flow of customers- you can tell this is a community staple in Bloomington. I'll be back!
The coffee was good. The lemond poppyseed muffin was good on the inside, but overcooked on the top.

I was very disappointed in my croissant! I'd ordered the plain (there was sugar on the surface). The outer layer was crispy and golden brown. But the rest of it was doughy, raw-looking, tough and inedible. Not the tender flaky pastry I was expecting.So almost all of it was discarded. First and only time to order that!

I came in this morning to get coffee before work and the baristas were very friendly and quick. I even asked them to change my drink halfway through and they were super understanding. My zebra mocha was delicious and I will definitely be back again!
