Staff and service was top notch. The chicken left my jaw dropped. I couldn't have been more disappointed in every single aspect of the two little soggy chicken turds I ended up with and paid $16 for, the staff did great at making it but the idea as a whole of whatever style of chicken that was has got to be a sick joke.
-Update one year later- Still the worst fried chicken Ive ever had. you seriously cant even tell youre eating chicken. The sensation of every bite is like chewing spicy sandpaper because the breading is that gritty of a texture. With all that crunch and sandy texture it still manages to be soggy somehow.

When it comes to hot chicken, I expected a spicier chicken, but the dominant spice was cumin. Maybe because I chose medium level spice. Portions are large and delicious. The taste of the potatoes is not bad either. It is very good that they provide wet wipes (I saw this for the first time in the USA).

Staff at the counter were pleasant to interact with and the store was pretty clean. The food however is an overpriced joke. Extra hot was not spicy. The fries were definitely too salty. And the size of the sliders felt like a scam for the price they charge. Staff get an A+ but the food gets a D-.
