Food was great don’t get me wrong but waiter wasn’t very nice what so ever. Never came around and filled drinks. Then when we got the bill they charged us $16 on top of what we owed even charged our friends $14 on top of theirs for the tip. They went ahead and charged us for a tip before we could even leave one on our owe. I don’t mind paying for the service you “Do” but if you don’t do a good job and play on your phone, then I’m not paying for it. We should have the option to leave a tip of what we want. Not what you want to charge us for.
Update 10/2024:
My husband and I have eaten both carry-out and inside on more than one occasion since my last update and our experience has so much better. I wanted to be sure and update my review and rating. I would recommend eating here. We get the hibachi when we go. We don't eat in the hibachi side since it's just the two of us. But the hibachi still comes out hot and fresh. The staff is friendly and the service has been great. The portions are good sized, enough that we end up bringing home leftovers. So glad we didn't write this place off completely.
Update 9/6/18:
My husband and I decided to give Domo another try as we really enjoyed their food prior to the poor experience in February 2018.
To update, our experience was better ordering on the phone. They do have a block on their line that prohibits calls from private/blocked callers, so I had to unblock my number and call in. The call did go to their answering machine and I hung up. I was ready to forget it at this point, but to my surprise my phone rang and it was Domo saying they missed my call. I placed my order and we picked up our food.
The food was very good and we plan to return.
I wanted to update my review as the experience was better.
February 2018
Have ordered take out from here in the past without issue but it had been a long time. Tried to order over the phone about a week ago and the first 3 calls I made I got their answering machine. Finally on the last call in someone picked up, a female, and said something very quickly to me before hanging up on me. All I could understand was something about her being busy, to leave her alone and not to call back. Now to be honest I think that conversation was directed at someone else as I don't think I was who she thought I was or at least I hope not. My number shows up private on caller ID so I am assuming she has been having problems with someone and thought I was that person. However, it does not change my review or opinion of my experience. I was unable to order food as a result. I was blown away by her attitude. I understand people have problems in their lives but I called a listed number on Domo's Facebook page to reach the restaurant and that is the treatment I get. My husband and I really wanted to order hibachi. I guess we will be ordering from somewhere else too in the future. Sorry Domo, but whoever you had working February 24th cost you our business.

We were here for an hour before our appetizers were brought out, yet tables sat well after us already had theirs. It took about thirty minutes before we ever got drinks.
Terrible, terrible service. The food wasn't bad, but by the time we got it my appetite was ruined by the sour experience.

The food is the best part about this restaurant, and it's an generous 7/10; I've had better.
Service is slow (almost two hours from entering to leaving), and the atmosphere retains its former steakhouse motif, mostly.
It's also one of the more expensive ($30 - $50 per person) options in town.
Overall, I recommend skipping this one and trying somewhere else.

The hibachi itself tastes great, although we had to wait about 20-30 min for the chef to begin cooking after ordering. The sushi is awful, though. And incredibly expensive. I recommend coming here for just the hibachi, and not the sushi.

Do not go here, I ordered over a hundred dollars worth of food and I only ate 5 bites of everything. The dressing for the salad is so awful, I spit the bite out. The rice is burnt, I tried bravely, the shrimp and the after taste was super fishy. The steak, which was order medium rare, was well done. If I could give a negative 10 in this review I would!!!!!
