Small little gem in Bloomington Indiana. Had shredded spicy beef , egg drop soup, and egg rolls.
All were spectacular for a good price. What made the dish stand out was their use of homemade chili paste. You can really taste the char and nuttiness of the toasted peppers. Best chilli paste I've had in years from a restaurant.
