My food was burnt as always, even though I politely asked for them to make sure it wasn’t burnt. My coffee was made wrong yet again. My friend’s coffee wasn’t even filled up all the way. The drinks are like 80% ice. The service was poor, took about 10 minutes for them to even take my order. The staff always seem miserable and are rude. Gave this place multiple tries, but never again

Services, always blah, they try and rush you out. The door never says hello how's your day they just seem miserable there all the time but they make great coffee and fast never waited on a line more then 3 mins

I got the Sabrina Carpenter Brown sugar espresso shake up it was heavenly if I could get it Everytime I went there I would they had great staff and there environment was amazing

The lady at the drive thru was so disrespectful. Gave us the wrong order and pretty much expected us to take it and go. AND ... it was a simple coffee order. Now I know why you see tik toks with psychotic customers going over the counter.

Worst ice cream, coffee, and smoothie I’ve ever had. Absolutely terrible, not worth your dollar go to dollar general and get ice cream and coffee you’ll be more impressed, tasted like my mango smoothie had cumin and red pepper in it.

Love my karma, frozen ice coffee's. They always put very little drizzle or none. And I always ask for it with whip on top. They early glaze any of their donuts. Even the donut holes are half glazed. I've complained they don't fix it. But I love my frozen karma coffees. I've Begun going to the one on. Stop 11 and county line. They have much better service as far as getting the order correct.

Open 24hrs but lobby is closed after midnight guess us 3rd shifters will look elsewhere.

I just had an AWFUL experience at this location.
First, I ordered 10 Munchkins (donut holes) for $3.99 (as listed on the drive-thru menu board). I was charged $4.98. On my receipt the order of 10 was rang up as two orders of 5 Munchkins (apparently at $2.49 a piece). When I order things, I take price into consideration.
I realize a dollar is just a dollar, but I believe in integrity and principle. When I called this price discrepancy to the manager, she said "they're working on it" (whatever that means - I suppose updating their menu to reflect current prices). I asked her to honor the price displayed on the menu, and she would not.
This doesn't seem right to me. Matters got worse when she said, "nobody else complains" about this. Well, lady, I'm not everyone else; and because no one complains does not make ripping everyone else off justifiable; I just happened to be one to say something in an attempt to hold them accountable.
Second, she only had put 9 donut holes in my bag. This is an honest mistake, and she did make it right by giving me one more doughnut to make my order 10.
With some strong words exchanged, the interaction ended with her FLIPPING ME OFF. The manager, flipping the customer off. The audacity! LOL.
