I come here at least twice a week. It's predictable. This particular shop, however, needs to brush up on dealing with customers who aren't actively placing an order.

The person(s) responsible for filling the nakpin dispenser ALWAYS overfills it so you can't get anything but shreds of napkins. Get used to doing it more often. You're not saving yourself any work and I can't get a napkin.

75% of the time, my avocado toast with Bacon is missing the bacon.

Lastly, whoever trains the people who sweep/mop, steer them away from mopping with strong chemicals *underneath* customers trying to eat. Nothing less appetizing than cleaning chemicals. Similarly, don't sweep underneath people. Come back when they're gone.

Their cooking oil needs changed desperately. Every hashbrown tasted like a hockey puck. Missed half our order. Staff was incompetent or careless — most likely both

I come here at least a couple times a week and my coffee is consistently made wonderfully. Staff seem friendly in drive thru, quick in and out experience that I enjoy more than Starbucks in this area.

The staff here are really nice. They can help you out with their orders, but some of them don’t spank English so also a lot of of them are like really good with coffee but the drink that I recommend has to be like a coffee with cream and sugar depending on the day, I will get a decaf or a regular depend, depending on my mood and depending on how late it is at night.

Very upset we ordered donuts and picked the ones we wanted and gave us 3 donuts we didn’t order we got 2 white long johns. White sprinkle, jelly, custard, twist

They are so rude 😤 I did a pickup order and it was not right. Asked to get the rest of my order and the lady acted like I was a problem for her to finish my order. Then, gave me the wrong donut and the drink was not done right. Asked for the right donuts and she still got them wrong. I just left. A line out the building and a line in drive thru. We need more then one of these in a college town. Just saying.

My food was burnt as always, even though I politely asked for them to make sure it wasn’t burnt. My coffee was made wrong yet again. My friend’s coffee wasn’t even filled up all the way. The drinks are like 80% ice. The service was poor, took about 10 minutes for them to even take my order. The staff always seem miserable and are rude. Gave this place multiple tries, but never again
