Great place to eat the staff was very nice and friendly. Food was good too... I recommend it to anyone!
The roast beef is very small and very expensive, apart from that the tip is not voluntary, they include 20% obligatorily in the receipt.

I have brought my family to El Ranchero’s on plenty occasions, I have always felt like the service sucked, especially when it comes to Black customers. They were rude to myself ,wife and kids. I ordered nachos Texanos this last time and it looked like someone picked over my dish, very sloppy. So when I complained to the manager he told me next time I come be sure of what I want. My son and I order the same thing rather we’re at El Rancheros or Casa Brava. I will never come to the south walnut El Rancheros again.
