El Ranchero Mexican Restaurant

The waitress's attention was horrible, the woman was extremely rude, the Orchata water tastes horrible, the birria tacos were good but the lemons were old.

Got the Super Quesadilla. ? ? SOO GOOD. The cheese on the inside mixes with all the other flavors, and it is unbelievably good. Nachos and cheese dip are amazing, like always. It was pretty expensive, though.

Ordered take out, was not told they were operating cash only. Luckily, had cash on me. When I paid the host told me they didn’t have enough change for me and shortchanged me. Standing in front of a register I was confused, asking why he didn’t just make change out of the register I was told “policy is we can’t make change out of the register” what!?!?!? I argue that it’s not my responsibility they can’t make change and I shouldn’t be forced to pay more for my food. The host just shrugs. Tells me manager “wasn't there”, eventually got my change after he traded with a waiter. They showed me and the register was empty!!!! So poorly run & offensive service… We’ll be making the extra drive elsewhere from now on.

Today are food did not taste good it was bland and not real hot. I have eaten here before and like it. I will never go there for lunch anymore. Our server came to get drink order and drop off chips. Then rushed us to order our food then never came back had to asked someone else for our check. Then he was not very friendly because we had to asked for our check so we could leave. I feel like we were bothering him to serve 5 adults.

Food is usually meh and okay but recently when I came in several people were served before us when, and we had to ask multiple times for chips! We ended up leaving after sitting for 45 minutes and only getting our chips

Way overpriced. $10.59 for a beer and $10 margaritas. Meal combos are $13 to $16 for cheap options. Messed up order, atmosphere is ok. Won't be back again.

First time customer, food was great! But the service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Our waitress spilled one of the drinks and didn't say anything or even help clean it up, she dropped off our food and didn't say anything just left (our food came out pretty fast though!) We wanted other things and she just dropped off the bill and left. Tried to get her attention but would not pay attention. Then we went to pay and they didn't have enough in the drawer for 100 so our waitress gave us the money for it and we didn't get the correct change back.

This place is going downhill.. and fast. i’m not even mad about the fact that they mess up my order just about every other visit, i’m more blown away that they’re charging $18 for subpar tacos.

Great variety. Lots of traditional dishes and many Americanized favorites. Plenty of drinks too and the location is great.

Had lunch here today and it was not good. I got the burrito bowl and it was SO bland and my sweet tea tasted instant. I couldn't even finish it.

The worst place ever. I haven't tasted their food to be honest but the host was a B..I walked there asked for a coffee to go if it was good and not an American one. I like my coffee hot and strong. She said she didn't know. I asked if she drinks coffee? She answered no. So I understood that she wouldn't know. Then she said she'd ask. After that a man came with a coffee and said that's what we have. I didn't like that but said nothing instead I made him a compliment about the place. He didn't answer or thank me as anyone would do. I smelled the coffee and it smelled like bad burned old coffee so I refused it of course. So they started speaking Spanish I said I don't understand Spanish and would like them to speak English so I can get what they were saying. The man left and the woman whispered don't come here again. I said: excuse me. What did you just said. She replied I don't speak English. I was shocked I called her impolite and rude. On the other side atI went to speedway. And the cashier was so welcoming and nice. So I know it's not me. It's the uneducated and bad-manners people working in that place. And here is my answer: I will never put a foot in your restaurant. Because when I pay money I expect a good service. I don't need you there's thousands of restaurants out there you need customers.
