Had a great lunch with friendly service from Grayson! The sampler portions are really huge and the taste is very good for a fast food restaurant. The service is at the level of a real restaurant, where everything will be brought to your table and cleaned up for you. Although the prices are a little high, they regularly give me $3 discounts on my account, and also give me one-buy-one-one-free promotions, so I really like it. The only thing that confuses me is the already aged hall of the establishment with prehistoric sofas.

Got take out. Took it back to my hotel room and it wasn't prepared like it should have been. There was little sauce and it was over baked. I don't know what the problem was but it is the first time I have ever had this problem with Fazoli. I travel the USA and I hate to leave a review like this but someone needs to know.
