my order was wrong and i was given cheese on a burger when i can’t consume cheese. i’m from out of town and i’m not able to go back into the store. they refused to issue me a refund even though it was 100% their mistake. they didn’t try to be helpful at all even though i literally said that i’m not able to come in person. worst customer service ever! i think the guy on the phone was named jake.

If I could give zero Stars I absolutely will they are absolutely disrespectful and very rude we went there around 9:40 and they lock the door right on us as we were about to open the door it and locked it right in front of us didn't say anything just locked it and then walked off. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful!!!! Will never go again and this would have been my first time ever having 5 guys and I absolutely hate them now because of the disrespect ?

The food is good the price not so much. The over the phone ordering never works, and then they won’t take the order over the phone manually so your only option is to go in and wait 20-30 minutes for your food.
