You guys desperately need to retrain your employees on how to actually cook fries. The only time I'm never getting undercooked, yes I said undercooked, is when I ask for them to be extra crispy. THAT JUST MAKES THEM ACTUALLY COOKED, NOT CRISPY. This isn't a one-time thing. It's getting really old paying for undercooked Regular Cajun Fries then have to pop them in the oven even though I PAY YOU GUYS for cooking it. I've worked at five guys before and know for a fact this is disgusting.Be Better.

Best fries in town! They always put a cup of fries in, then throw another scoop in the bag. They have great shakes also!
Great burgers and fries. Someone took our order and they quickly redid the order and offered us a free shake for waiting. Definitely will be back.
