Fries were terrible: limp; wet; cold: super greasy. Hamburgers that others had disintegrated the buns from the wet toppings. The meat was cooked well done and very dry.It was expensive. Guy got a double burger, fries and a drink for $15. Ordered a burger for takeout. They called out three orders at the same time, one of them was my number. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized that the burger I got wasn’t at all what I ordered. There were maybe 5 people in the restaurant when I was there. You’d think they’d be capable of putting the right burger in the right bag. I guess I’m expecting too much from people who expect me to tip for a walk up order that they can’t deliver on. Never coming back.

As a fan and even worker of Five Guys for a year I was surprised by the sheer disrespectful behavior by the staff tonight. The security guard berated me for trying to use the restroom - with no cause but just to target me. I understand working the Kirkwood location has it’s difficulties but that by no means makes it acceptable to disrespect and discriminate your customers.
Adjacent to campus. Very typical Five Guys experience of excellence. The employees were incredibly welcoming and efficient. Great customer service. This location represents the brand very well.

Five Guys has to be the pinnacle of great fast-ish food. Made to order burgers that always taste great and some of the best fries outside of Belgium. Reasonable prices for fast and fresh. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello, and the order was taken quickly and correctly.
