Hands down our favorite “bar” in Bloomington. All of the ciders are delicious and change the way you look at cider if you’ve only had major brand canned stuff before. Staff is super friendly and it’s a chill place to hang out, play some card/board games, and enjoy some drinks

A very chill place for an evening hangout with your friends. The prices are reasonable, and the selection of ciders changes nearly every week, so the menu is never the same, which is cool. They also offer a membership program.

A hidden gem. The ciders were great! Not too sweet, some mild flavor profiles, very refreshing, wide range of variety. Very cute theme, and the menu has whimsical, story-themed descriptions.
Frog hopper and cheribou were some of our favorites.

One of, if not, THE coziest place in town. The staff are so nice. The ciders are legitimately great and they always churn out a fun, rotating selection.
Situated right off the B-Line, it’s one of the most accessible establishments in town (and there is ample nearby parking).

Great treat while visiting Bloomington. Small cidery, they had 6 ciders on tap (all theirs). Tried 5 with a generous flight, none disapointed. Dog-friendly. They allow you to bring in your own food.

One of the best places to get a drink in Bloomington! The staff are also friendly and the drinks are always delicious. Their list of ciders have a range of sweetness to accommodate any drinker. When the weather is nice they open the big garage door to see the B line trail which is beautiful.

I had a flight to sample 5 of the six on tap. All were very good. I have preferences. It is definitely something I will do again. New ciders should emerge in two to four weeks. I look forward to the new choices in the future.

Longtime fan of Friendly Beast! A cozy spot right off the b-line, the menu had a great selection of rotating ciders. I really enjoy their mulled cider in the colder months, and the patio in the warmer ones. Plus great events on the weekends with food trucks!
