Lovely staff here especially Alice & Saf & all the team made me feel welcome as a vegan too which was really nice.
Only note is
No vegan 🌱 friendly deluxe or festive /special cookies 😞
They only have a simple generic coffee machine for hot drinks so its only espresso or americano , black or with oat milk (oatly minis) for hot drinks
but its still better than no hot drinks especially in the cold weather! 🥶
Hopefully they can get a proper machine for any alt milks latte, capucinno etc and oat milk in hot chocolate etc in the future 👍🏽

Delicious cookies, very clean store, friendly, relatable and down to earth employees. I chatted with the store manager and she had a great personality, was friendly, well humored and helpful in placing my order and suggested some good items. Can't wait to go back.

Insomnia Cookies has branches in a bunch of cities. This branch, like their other branches, is for takeout. They always have at least a few vegan flavors on offer.
I had a vegan chocolate chip cookie here; as always from Insomnia, the cookie was warm, soft, and super delicious. 😋 it was also laden with chemical ingredients and completely empty calories. The way I figure it, if its nutritional lack of value doesn’t keep you from eating their yummy cookies, neither will a mediocre HappyCow star rating.

Ordered cookies and ice cream while waiting on oder asked if I could use restroom got denied and was told to walk to another business and use there's the worker was rude and disrespectful pretty sad I order give my business and money and spent well over 50 and get denied to use the restroom never again will I come here.
This is the best place for a sweet treat!
