When you call the store they never pick up. Bathrooms are no longer open to the public. Cookie prices keep increasing. The staff in generally slow. The manager was weird and disrespectful to her staff. The front window always have bugs and very time I go. I would just go to crumble or the doughnut place across the way for cheaper.

While the food is usually good, there are so many mistakes made. Nearly every single time we've ordered food for delivery they have forgotten something. We ordered a cookie cake last night that wasn't cooked through. They told us that when they cut it, it was cooked through all the way. They didn't cut it, though. I did. It was doughy to the point of being sickening. They kept coming up with excuses and never offered to fix the issue. The place used to be pretty nice but has gotten worse as time has gone on. Currently waiting on a refund because $30 isn't worth a half-baked mess.

I’m going to start by saying that I generally don’t care for cookies. They’re either too fry and crunchy or they are too soft, and waay over sweet. But, with that being said, I LOVE the cookies at insomnia cookies. I purchased a big box of 8, 4 regular, 4 deluxe. And I ate ALL of them, minus one I got for someone else. They were absolutely delicious! Heated up for 5-10 secs in the microwave and they were just like fresh. I’ll definitely be back! My only complaint is that they were cashless at the time, and I had to use my credit card. But, next time I’ll be sure to have more cash on me, just in case!
