Eating my wings this evening was like eating jerky. Little meat and tough. Usually I enjoy these wings but this is disappointing.

Pretty good! The garlic Parmesan is the best and I used the oven to reheat the fries——it made them delicious again! My only suggestion would be to work on making the wings juicier and more tender as not many people like dry, tough chicken. The sauce dressed is pretty good!

Chicken was too big it made it nasty someone told me try them but I will never again the chicken is just too big and not enough sauce on the chicken I’m sorry but being honest Door Dashers were amazing though soooo one stars they get

Many restaurants struggled after the pandemic when they began to open because they couldn't find personnel to work. This particular Chili's, however, has never recovered. We eat at Chili's occasionally. In my opinion, they have the best chips in town. That said, last week, our meal was a train wreck. The server was new and was given the respect by our group needed for a new employee. While she was trying, she couldn't get the job done and there was no one there to shadow and help her. We had to get our napkins and one of the drinks ourselves, one person didn't get her soup until the end of the meal, so she had to take it home, and another person didn't get another drink until late in the meal. We also had a coupon for a BD dessert. We were directed to pay on the gadget at the table...which we've done before...but she was trying to help us, so it was a mess. I ended up being charged for the BD dessert. The manager came over, gave me a receipt for the "actual" meal charge and told me it would be run through my bank again...Nope...original charge went through. One family member discovered after he got home that he was charged for the two drinks that are included in the 3 for $15 choices. So...he ended up overcharged by $8 and I was overcharged for $6. Not going back.

Chicken is pretty good quality. Sauces are tasty. Fries are delicious. However the hand pies are DISGUSTING. They taste like dog food.

We had this delivered at my work and even though I didn’t get to eat it as soon as it delivered, the wings were still great! My fave is the dry rubs, so juicy and crispy. Definitely going to order again!

I was in Bloomington for a conference and decided to order from here. My chicken was definitely undercooked when I received it. I don’t know why undercooked chicken is served like this! Think twice about ordering from here.

It's literally Chili's LOL they're trying to make you think they're a local company but it's literally Chili's. So expect the quality of Chili's.
10/10 would not go again.
The chicken was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside.
