I love jiffy treat and have been going here for over a decade. They have great food and their ice cream is delicious. However I did notice that they changed the cookie dough. Which ever brand they used before was ten times better than what they are using now. I'm disappointed about this because I only get cookie dough a it's the main reason why I come here. Now I don't know if I'll come back.

Parking: If the lot is full(which does happen a lot) there is a field behind the drive thru where they allow extra parking
Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly atmosphere. Mostly high schoolers as employees. Awesome.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs at all. Walk, Roll, or Crawl right up to the windows

I do not recommend the mint chip to other mint chip lovers. I'll be back to try another flavor, but the mint chip was possibly the worst I've ever had. It tasted like bubblegum... Jiffy Treet West has amazing reviews and people love it though, so I'll try another flavor next time.

There usually pretty busy with the people but they are very quick and friendly it's delivery worth the wait
Iāve been in 2-3x with friends and my experience seems different from other reviewers. Iāve been told the only vegan options are a vanilla and chocolate flavor hard scooped ice cream. These ice creams cannot be used for cyclones or milkshakes either. I tried the vanilla and it was pretty bad. I didnāt finish it because it was flaky and dry. It tasted like freezer burn. After that experience I didnāt want to try the chocolate version. Iāve also tried the lactose free soft serve, and that was just ok. I thought it was overpriced for what it was. My biggest issue is I was told it was vegan once and then another time notā¦ so I assume it is just lactose free not vegan.
