If you aren’t open for delivery until 3am anymore, please update your website and stop accepting orders at that time. I just placed an order, just to find out it was “unable to be placed” and the website directed me to call the store, which I attempted three times with no response. The big issue I’m having is that I was charged TWICE for this order that isn’t even being prepared.
A few years ago "Freaky Fast" meant 5 to 10 minutes. The last 2 times I ordered, it's taken 30 minutes. Then, when I hand the guy a $20, he tries to just walk away. My bill was only $8.59...He told me he didn't have any change and I'd have to wait for him to go to the store if I wanted anything back. I won't be ordering again.
