My Unwich was not made correctly. I couldn’t gradually unwrap it because the person who wrapped it, wrapped the paper inside the sandwich so every bite would have paper if I left it. I could also tell it wasn’t made correctly because there was a literal cup worth of shredded lettuce shoved into the top of it. After three bites of just lettuce, I stopped and pulled it all out. The toppings were about half what they normally are—2 tomato slices, 4 pickle slices, a few onion slices, and *maybe* a little mayo. I gave service 3 stars because the delivery guy was nice, but it took 30 minutes to be delivered. I’m very disappointed in my lunch. It definitely left much to be desired and I’m still hungry.

Don’t order delivery unless you never want to receive your food—I paid over $49, including tip for the delivery driver, for two sandwiches, two bags of chips and one pasta side. This location needs a new “manager” or be shut down. The “manager” wouldn’t even give me their name.

Honestly insane I’m leaving a review for JJ but this location is the absolute worst. I’ve worked in food service for 15 years. I always give the benefit of the doubt. I’m never greeted at this store and most of the time my sandwiches are wrong but I just imagine the employees had a bad day and let it go. Tonight my order was missing a drink. No biggie, so I called to just get that refunded. Dude on the phone refused the refund and then said, “you got your meal anyways” and hung up on me. It should have been a simple, “our bad, here ya go.” Y’all make more money than I do. In this economy, it’s a big deal to buy food out. I’m not sure why I’m treated like an enemy at this location or they can’t even seem to scrape up some human decency. It’s basic.

This place was just weird , firstly since when is cheese and extra charge on a sub? The manager said it's always been like that, Secondly the dude tore half of my bread out of the bottom bun and threw it in the trash! I was thinking to my self , throwing away good bread that some one else could eat let , why?, I mean I like the bread , that's why I go to JJ's, but no they were just not very customer friendly- i probably wouldn't go back.

I've never really had a bad experience with this location in-person. The workers are very kind and are not trying to scalp me for my last dollar. I always feel welcome here.

I ordered my food at 8:37pm. Right now it’s 10:18pm and I still have no food. The driver said he dropped it off at the door. I live in an apartment complex, we have nothing. Now everything is closed because it’s Sunday. What the heck Jimmy John’s. 🤬
