Dear Jimmy Johns delivery drivers:If you don't want to be blocked in, use the parking spots that your company pays for you to have instead of the free parking in the alley. Other delivery drivers for other companies don't get to have parking spots because your company reserves a majority of the parking spots for you to use, only for you to not use them because you don't want to walk the extra 20 feet.

People come here to complain, as I did. However, the local owner of the Jimmy John’s in Bloomington Indiana is absolutely phenomenal. There was a mistake on my order, out of hanger I emailed in my disappointment. I was contacted almost immediately by phone by Antoine, and I was less than eager to speak to him on the phone. Shortly after our brief interaction on the phone, Antoine showed up with my correct order, as well as a refund on my order. Never did I ask for a refund, or for anything to be made right. It’s management and leadership like his that makes a difference.

Literally get my order wrong every. single. time. They’re like that abusive ex that you always hope are gonna get better but never do. I understand wanting to be fast, but these people make you feel like you’re being rushed in and out, which of course makes them get your order wrong. If it weren’t for the super convenient location, i’d never go back.

The sandwich guy, who was probably an awful pitcher in high school, threw my sandwich at the cashier and it fell on the FLOOR. No apology whatsoever. Although the sandwich was wrapped, it felt very disrespectful to have someone hand me a sandwich from the floor. Awful place.
