I used to be a regular customer but stopped ordering due to incorrect orders and straight-up not receiving deliveries until the next morning (yes, I'm not making that up, if I ordered too late at night the system would make it a timed order for open). So I stopped giving my money to them because the quality wasn't worth my cash.

I got lunch there today for the first time in two years. The store was unclean and smelled funny, the employee looked at me like I was an idiot for telling him I had a pickup order-- I didn't see the shelf for pickups yet.

This store has lost my business before and today they lost it again. Just an overall F- experience consistently, as a pattern, across multiple years. I hope that one day they can get a decent Ops Manager or something.

I stopped by here to get lunch on my lunch break. The food was great but the customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE , a worker by the name of Tyler was very rude , emotionless , and doesn’t greet his customers with respect.
I am sure I am not the first customer to experience this , I could only imagine how the staff that works hard there is being treated if the customers don’t get met with manners or any hospitality. Do better!

Man I swear customer service is not taught anymore. This is the worst place for that. The guy with the painted finger nails just needs to go home an start over. His customer service sucks. Like he didn't want to talk barley said hello. I hate to be like this but I won't be back to this store.I sure hope he gets his stuff together cause y'all lost one

This is the third time at this location I've gotten a #5 Vito an they've put Mayo on it. I've never had this issue at any other location, maybe they're going through the motions but it's still super frustrating.EDIT: added a star because the manager called and apologized personally, as well as gave a $10 gift card and reiterated going over training protocols. I have not been back yet but was pleased with the personal reach

The owner keeps the delivery fees. Don’t order through their app. Before COVID delivery fee was $.99 now $2.99 and delivery drivers suffer the loss. Honestly, who are these people??

My wife and I came in with a few guests for take out. The Personnel were not overly friendly but they were professional and as always we were happy with the food and the service we go Fairly regularly so I'm happy to report that even though we did not get our entire order the young man that took my complaint really went the extra mile to make our order right. So you have four more very satisfied customers

Note to all, this is my first google review in my life. I traditionally would not give this much time or effort to such an endeavor; however, this must be addressed. Given, I am starving and super excited to eat, my effort is being fueled. You can only imagine my dismay when I unwrapped my GIANT tuna salad sandwich and found..exhibit A as attached. This sandwich, the EZtuna (which commonly, to healthy individuals, means low calorie mayo...not less meat - and at the same price, no doubt, as the Tuna Club) presented scantily clad. Would you order from here again? Please, let the feedback unfold.
