If I could leave 0 stars, that would be more accurate. Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru with only one person ahead of us. Ended up having to go into the store to get a refund. The staff tried to argue that it hadn’t been that long when our receipt clearly showed it had been OVER 40 minutes. Ridiculous. No offer to make the situation better - just sad.

The first time I ordered, there wasn't very much sauce on my chicken. I said something to the server, and they got me a new plate of chicken. I got to keep my old chicken, which was still good quality chicken. I couldn't have been happier.

Great food. Ella Fav on the Chicken Strips are the best especially when paired with the Mac and cheese. Always clean and I’ve always gotten great service. Easily overlooked with two chicken competitors within a block, but the food is markedly better and the meals are more reasonably priced.

The parking lot is very easy to get in and out of even in a big rig or pulling a boat or trailer. Easy access for handicap with plenty of room for a wheelchair. The outdoor seating area is really nice to sit and watch the cars go by while enjoying a delicious meal from the grilled tenders to vegan chicken with different heat levels for everybody's likings. The made in store southern side options makes it hard to decide on just one. Ending the meal with either the banana pudding or a pie in the jar. Enjoying either a quick lunch or family date night they have coloring pages for the kids or adults and offer coloring contests. The staff are very friendly and helpful in suggesting items or help picking out the perfect dipping sauces. The reward app is amazing offering free meals or buy one get one 50% is a nice treat

The food overall taste great and the service was amazing. The only reason for the 4 stars is because of the portions. I ordered the lunch special which has two 2 tenders (jumbo tenders), a drink, and a side for $11.44. I am a skinny guy and it did not fill me up, but overall it’s good and would recommend.

Hot Chicken sandwich was astounding!! So we're the fries and mashed potatoes. Cole slaw was so-so, but it was a vinegar type, and I personally prefer creamy slaw. Overall, my visit was a solid A!

This place is a huge fail, in my honest opinion. They had so much promise, but the food just never seems fresh to me. The chicken seems like it is pre-cooked and is always luke warm. The side dishes are okay. Nothing to brag about. I do really like their kale salad. It is delicious. I wish they had cornbread to go with their collard greens. Their chicken tenders are MASSIVE, which is okay if you like that, but they seem less like tenders and more like eating a whole, boneless chicken breast. I know...who would complain about big pieces of chicken. I prefer chicken that doesn't appear to be pumped with hormones. Not saying their chicken is because I do not know that, but their tenders and wings are really, really big. The restaurant always seems slow. They do have a drive-thru. I would rather they cook in small batches, and I would prefer to wait for fresh chicken. I tried the spiked honey, and it was much more spiked, and I could barely taste the honey, so I usually get the plain fried chicken.The interior is decent. Ample seating. They have a very nice patio in front, but I have never seen anyone using it. The people there are nice enough. No issues there.
