I was really enjoying the chicken fingers from KFC for a while - they had a thick super crunchy coating. There's been a recent change, and I don't think it's corporate's fault. I just read an article that ranked the chicken tenders of 15 chains - KFC ranked at #5 and showed a picture of what I'll call the "old" style of chicken fingers. This location, no doubt to cut time and cost, has decided to only use one layer of coating. Or perhaps they're using a different supplier altogether? In any case, it's been at the expense of their product and customers because they are now crap despite charging more. Do better KFC! If you think we don't notice or don't care, EEEHH, wrong answer! Next stop, corporate website...perhaps they'll care?

After trying to redeem a coupon for a 20 piece family meal, a staff member told me that even though it says on the coupon I can mix and match, I in fact could not at this location. After getting through my order, another staff member rudely interrupted the man I was speaking with and told me this restaurant was not a participating location. It seemed a little unnecessary to have such a rude tone for what would have been a paying customer just trying to redeem coupons for the only KFC in town. You can sometimes get fast food, rarely get competence, and never get good customer service.

Decided to indulge in some fried chicken and was told to order off the kiosk....absolutely the worst machine ordering experience I've had....then to be told a 9 minute wait on extra crispy...in addition to employees yelling across the store very unprofessional to say the least.im just glad I don't have to doordash this restaurant.

PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE! I got food poisoning and salmonella from this place. I ordered a 3 piece meal and the chicken was not fully cooked and was left out for too long.

The food quality is extremely low. This place needs to close down.

Never received delivery order, and I attempted to call KFC 3 times and no one answered. So I lost out on $50 and additional stress because I ordered from them for my kids dinner because I was to ill to cook

Bought two pot pies the whole center of them are soggy. When I went back through the drive-thru and asked if they had any that were not soggy the lady told us to pull around and told us that all of them were soggy in the center and that it was due to their crust change. And I feel like it's stupid and due
to them not cooking them properly or cooking too many at a time and just having them sit there

Beware door dashers. They let someone who wasn’t me take my order. They refused to remake it. They have no verification process so it’s an easy spot for theft. They don’t care if the right person takes the order or not. Anyone can take whatever at pick-up with no consequences or apologies. They don’t even look at the counter pickup direction when someone takes an order.
What an awful experience!! Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a common experience ABSOLUTELY NO VERIFICATION PROCESS FOR DOORDASH. The manager even said it’s KFC policy that store employees aren’t responsible to make sure their customers food isn’t stolen once it’s made and at the counter.

Wife and I had not visited this KFC for years. So on Saturday evening (10-26-2024) we decided to get a couple of meals to go. I parked and walked into the store. Was surprised to see they’ve installed self service order screens. I made my selections and hit the button to check out and the screen froze. I was able to back out and try again. Same thing. I stepped to the counter to get assistance. Three different employees made eye contact with me knowing I needed assistance but nobody said a word, not a smile, not even an acknowledgment that I was there. After about 5 minutes of standing there awkwardly. I turned around and walked out of the door! The deli at the supermarket makes fried chicken too. Is it better than KFC?? ….guess I’ll never know!
